I love the baked goods, but the service is so slow. This week I walked out without getting anything. Two of the employees were talking non stop. One appeared to be off shift as she didn't do anything except talk about her misadventures on a dating app. Everything about this was wrong. I waited for over 25 min with a line only 5 deep and gave up and left. BTW, others did as well.

OMG!!! This dessert spot is it!!! Amazing cake and great portions. My wife and I love the chocolate cake. I'm gonna enjoy this carrot cake and pound cake one bit at a time for a little while, and then go back when in town for another round. It's that good!!

I bought a slice of chocolate cake and a strawberry chocolate chip macaroon (sounds delicious right).
This was my first time ever trying a macaroon. I wanted to see what all the hype was over them. Well...unfortunately when I bit into it, it tasted like refrigerator. It wasn't delicious like I hoped it would be. It wasn't even good.
My chocolate cake was very dry.
They had a pretty good assortment of desserts.
The customer service was slow and the workers didn't have any energy or excellent service.
I'm guessing if I came on a day when my purchases were first made, it would have been a better experience, but unfortunately from the dryness and tasting like refrigerator, I could tell they were a bit stale.

Villani’s is the type of place that deserves a sixth star. Was visiting Charlotte and randomly visited based on proximity to downtown and ratings. First impression, there is a small parking lot, hooray! Was already sold. Entered the smallish building to find one of the most beautiful selections of Italian//NY/ with a touch of southern pastries. There was more than ample staff on the busy Saturday morning that were so patient and helpful while I contemplated all my selections. Left with macarons, cake slice, biscuit, lobster tails, sfogliatella, and a large coffee for under $40. Although I live about 90miles away, I’m already contemplating ordering holiday desserts. This bakery is the real deal, I would be here a ridiculous amount if I lived nearby. Just go.

This place have great sweets I have only try the red velvet cake and their oatmeal cookies, which was awesome to me. Customer service can be a little better. Don’t like that I can’t sit on the patio eat my items that I buy mind my own business. The owner seemed very understanding with my situation but don’t like that I got pushed away for nothing. When customer service is everything I spend my money. I keep all my receipts, and I would like to be welcome to any restaurants or any place I go the way I welcome people I communicate, and I treat. all my people will respect no matter what but I understand it all 10/7/2025 the time 1:30pm

Great desserts. I ordered the NY cheesecake but ended up with the key lime cheesecake. Although I was upset at first, the cheesecake was so good that I couldn’t stay mad. The crust was phenomenal. My husband had the carrot cake. 10/10.
