I tried this spot near South End for the first time today, and I’ll definitely be coming back. When I first walked in, I was a bit overwhelmed by their large menu, but one of the employees Maddison, I believe was super friendly and patient. She helped me choose and even offered suggestions. I ended up getting a steak wrap and the purple smoothie, and both were delicious. The only downside is the limited parking, but overall, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Vitality bowls were fantastic. I ordered a mix of bases including Cacao, coconut, nutty and Guava, and Acerole blend. Each of them having distinct and well packed flavor. The quality and freshness were outstanding. Topped them with granola and a mix of nuts, fruits and berries.

I ABSOLUTELY love Vitality Bowls. I usually order online and my order is always correct. Sometimes I'll call, just to add on or clarify something on my bowl and Demarcus (I think that's his name) is always so helpful. I've never had a bad experience and I will continue to give them my money every other day LOL.

Amazing food and smoothies. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend checking them out. They have healthy food options and they are open till 11 PM which is a plus.

New Manager alert 🚨 so nice made my wrap personally and it was delicious oh my goodness. Loved it here already now I love it a little more.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. There were only 2 people there when I got there. Another lady came inside to check on her order. She had been waiting for 15 minutes. An additional lady came inside to pick up her order. She waited an additional 10 minutes. I preferred a smoothie and the veggie sandwich. It took 23 minutes🙄
