When I first walked in, it was several people in the waiting area, waiting for their food. I sat at the counter for a good 10 minutes before somebody actually came out and told me to order on a tablet after I placed my order, they took a good 20 minutes to make one juice and one smoothie bowl then once I receive my items, they were missing several things that were supposed to come on them and the juice I received wasn’t even the correct juice, and when I asked them to remake it, or give me my money back the lady had a nasty attitude. Also, my juice was hot and when I asked, is the juice not supposed to be cold she told me we don’t have cold juice so keep that in mind if you want cold juice , don’t go here.

I ordered Vitality Bowl. The bowl was refreshing and very tasty. I customized it by choosing my own toppings; it was really delicious. I've been to a few places where I've tasted acai bowls, but out of them, this is really the best one.

The food and service is awesome. The Vitality bowl featured a colorful mix of fresh juicy fruits, and crunchy nuts. For a wholesome and delicious meal, I highly recommend the Vitality Bowl at this restaurant.

My chimichurri steak wrap was alright, but the rice was abysmal. I felt as if I were biting into tiny rocks.

Vitality Bowls have the best Açaí bowls around Charlotte. Ingredients are always fresh and the flavor is amazing. Very clean shop located on the backside of SouthEnd. Try the Tropical and Warrior Bowl !

I’ve done pickup multiple times here. 10/10. When all the toppings I ordered didn’t fit on top of my medium bowl instead of skimping they put the additional toppings in another container. Can’t wait to go back!
