On March 13th I went to eat with my family at Park Road location. I ordered Steak Saltado and I had a very disappointing experience. The meat was dry and burnt, so I politely asked for a replacement. Instead of bringing a fresh plate they brought the same one… this is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for the customers. I spoke with the manager and told him I expected better service and food quality. I am a customer for many years and never had this experience before. Poor customer service. On 03/11/2025 A guy with short dreds was wasting time talking to one lady for about 10 minutes while a line formed including people like me who were picking up orders already paid for and sitting behind him getting cold. He then slowly ended the conversation, was unprofessional with us and another customer asked a girl about his order she said we’ll bring it out to your table without checking on it and he informed her it was to go and she said oh and went and looked and it was ready and had been sitting there. Very unprofessional and will not come back here. I called and asked for a manager, not sure if they really put one on but some guy named “Drake like the rapper” (his exact words) said he was the manager and I let him know about the poor service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
