I discovered Viva Raw in September at Charlotte VegFest 2022 in September. Absolute GEM.They offer fresh plant-based cheeses, milks, juices, spreads and snacks (including the cheesecake that's going to be the death of my hot-girl summer body, its so good).When I became a vegan I let go of the idea of cheese in general.... it just never seems right.
