I never complain but this was terrible. Service was bad and I had stuff thrown on the table, the cups were dirty and I mentioned it to the waitress and she looked at me like I’m dumb… she said “where” and I showed her and she had an attitude from the moment we walked in. The silverware looked dirty and i didn’t feel comfortable to use it so we asked for to go silverware and she said rudely we had to pay for it so we said it’s fine. I’m not one to judge but if you look miserable to be at work then go home. No need to take your problems off on the customers who are there to pay for food and if you want a tip then at least be nice and not rude. We still left a tip even though this experience was trash. Waffle House, find some workers with a better attitude like the one on Westinghouse blvd (the best Waffle House to go to).

I had the best Waffle House experience EVER yesterday morning! Sasha, our waitress, was an absolute gem. Not only was she incredibly kind and attentive, but she also broke out into song and dance with us—talk about bringing some extra joy to our meal! She’s hands down the best waitress I’ve ever had in any restaurant. The food was delicious, as always, but the vibe really made this visit special. One of the cooks (who might have been the manager too) even gave me and my two friends free Waffle House hats! It honestly felt like we were hanging out with family. Amazing service, fun atmosphere, and great food—what more could you ask for? Can’t wait to go back!
The older lady that serves tables was incredibly rude. Slammed our menus and silverware on the table, didnt even really greet us, and then proceeded to ask 4 times if we were ready to order while my boyfriend said "we're still looking" over and over again. When she asked the 4th time, i finally looked up at her just to see she was completely ignoring him answering her question and she only stopped asking once i said we were still looking. She never even bothered to come back to the table - someone else had to take care of us.
