Inside was closed to the public when I arrived. Food I ordered was given grudgingly thru a pass-thru window. When I asked for salt - the staffer's verbal response & body language reflected her annoyance with my request. Thus, staff was not friendly/ service was badd. I made a point of not going there again during my visit in the area.

Terrible service from “Kay”, we arrived around 8:45 ish and the only server there asked if we’d be okay with waiting fifteen minutes due to the shift change which we were totally fine with, she was very friendly and got us started with drinks, best interaction of the night! 9:15 ish rolls around and the kind lady takes our order since our so called server hadn’t arrived. New server comes to drop off our food doesn’t say a word, she checked up on us once that i’ll say. As soon as the new crew came in music was blaring in the establishment to the point I couldn’t hear the person I was sitting right NEXT to. Server comes to drop off the check without saying a word, didn’t ask if we needed anything else or takeout boxes. Overall TERRIBLE customer service on her behalf.

Rude customer service!! It’s togo from 11:30pm-6am. Their site wouldn’t allow us to order at 4:45am. We ask an employee outside why we couldn’t & another employee comes out with a nasty attitude to tell us to not worry about it & just to come back at 7am instead. Sarcastic & very rude. Just nasty!! The workers were sitting on their behinds doing nothing & did not want to serve us or even try to figure out what was going on with their site!! 0/10 recommend!
The waitress Kayla was awesome, the customer service was awesome, the chef Mario was cooking and cleaning at the same time I love it and the tbone and food was perfection. I will be back tomorrow. They get t Stars 🤩 from me

It took them over an hour to deliver our order, they were rude when we asked about a product, people who arrived after us were served quickly (they ate there), only the person who prepares the food moves around, the others do nothing. This happened from 9:30 p.m. p.m. to 10:45 p.m.
