The older lady that serves tables was incredibly rude. Slammed our menus and silverware on the table, didnt even really greet us, and then proceeded to ask 4 times if we were ready to order while my boyfriend said "we're still looking" over and over again. When she asked the 4th time, i finally looked up at her just to see she was completely ignoring him answering her question and she only stopped asking once i said we were still looking. She never even bothered...
We were stranded at the Charlotte Airport after our flight was cancelled after being delayed til after 1am. There were no rental cars and no options for flights to get us home or to our original destination. We got a taxi to take us to the waffle house a little after 4 am, since it was close to an enterprise rent a car. Ashley was our waitress and she was so kind and empathetic to our situation. She took good care of our large party and checked on us while we waited for enterprise...
