Place is filthy, food was bad, 8 people on staff but only 4 doing all the work. We go to waffle houses a lot and this is the only one that was horrible all around. Told our waitress that good tasted like soap and didn't even remove the item from our ticket, stay away from this one!

I ordered to go food . 70 dollars worth of food from waffle house. First all they didnt start my food till i got there . I ordered online. 2nd of all, all my food was not in the bag . 3rd I ordered a cheese burger with bacon with everything on it . They gave me a burger with cheese, meat, and burnt bacon . No topping at all ! And then when i tried to call the restaurant you can no longer speak to anyone . You can't get in touch with the people who owe me food . Now I either drive 20 mins to get my forgotten food or just say screw it and make pb & j .

Love coming to this waffle house! Prices have went up over the years but that’s not the employees fault that’s a corporate issue. The ladies there are pretty and friendly. Wished they served pies again

Walked in and sat down, Noone even acknowledged we were there. Daughter went to the rest room and finally when she came back the waitress got up from her phone and walked over, still barely speaking. What I believe was the manager walked by and she didnt acknowledge us even after I smiled at her. All I'm saying is if two black girls sat in a restaurant where there were all white staff and they were greeted in such a manner everyone would loose their minds.

Love Waffle House and never ever had issues at any locations except this one. This was my second time going to this location. First time was not great because all the food was cold and we had a server with an attitude. But we decided to try it one more time hoping for a better experience .
Well the attitude greeted us at the door. One table was partially clean but near the bathrooms so I ask to sit in another booth instead. We were told by the cook that she had to get on the grill and could not clean the table right now. One of the servers said she would do it but we decided to just leave because I don’t want a person with an attitude cooking our food. I will never go to this restaurant again. Do better Waffle House your restaurants are legendary don’t let hiring people not right for the job ruin that.

Service today was terrible!! Whole time server had an attitude, slammed drinks on our table and didn’t offer to refill our drinks. Then they complain why they don’t get tip, do better!! Coming from someone who used to work the restaurant industry

My family and I came in around 6:45pm on a Tuesday evening( yesterday) we were not greeted and were told to sit anywhere.
Our waiter was Ruby, she was inattentive and simply rude‼️‼️
We ordered our all star as usual and a patty melt without bacon. We got a sandwich with bacon; My husband simply removed the bacon. ‼️‼️‼️On my sons plate…As I pushed his eggs to the side to place half of the waffle on there I realize that there was a HAIR‼️ in his eggs!!!!
As she stands there I show her, she said we can remake the eggs! I said ok but I’m not eating anything off this plate, including the waffle I placed right by the eggs. She said there is nothing wrong with a little hair… as if this was normal‼️‼️I said remake the plate because we are not eating this one.
She came back without the waffle.
I said I want my half of waffle, she said well I will have to charge you for it because the hair was only on the eggs! No apologies or anything she immediately began to argue as to how she was going to charge for it. My husband and I asked for a manager and told her we are not paying for the waffle; there is hair in our food. She said ohhh they aren’t here.
She then went off to complain to her coworker. It took another 15 minutes on her attempt to make a half waffle. 1st half waffle attempt failed so then she made a full waffle.
We have been living in the area for 9 years and this has been the worse experience we’ve had at a Waffle House!!!! I will be contacting the manager, corporate or whoever. Dispite that I appreciate the o cook who apologized politely about the hair
I’ve always enjoyed dining at Waffle House, but my recent experiences at this particular location have been disappointing. I’ve visited twice now and found myself questioning my orders. It’s possible that the waitress was new or perhaps still being trained, as the service didn't meet my expectations. Additionally, the food didn’t taste quite like I remembered it, which was surprising.
I also noticed a service fee and a to-go fee on our bill, which was unusual for me—I’ve never encountered both charges before. We ended up spending $43 on two plates of food, and for that price, I think I would have preferred to dine at a restaurant with a more elevated atmosphere and flavor. I hope my feedback can help improve the experience for future visits.

I ordered my food to go. I noticed the 20% fee for to go orders no problem. I told my waitress no bacon, and I verify 2 more times for no bacon, just to come home and find bacon on my sandwich. Then I tried to call to see if they could remake it so I could go back up there. But you can't call into the resturant. I wanted to try to get it resolved prior to going back up there. Horrible service to get charged a fee and my food be made wrong.
