I walked in at 1:10 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Nobody greeted us or acknowledged our presence; instead, we were looked at as if we were out of place. Not one person said, ‘Hey, how are you doing?’ or even took a moment to mention they’d need time to clean a table. Every table was dirty, leaving no place for guests to sit. To make matters worse, management and most of the employees were in the back laughing and having the time of their lives, completely ignoring the customers. Nobody acknowledged us at all. I haven’t been here in years, and now I see exactly why I stopped coming. The lack of customer service and basic hospitality was shocking and disappointing, with no sign of improvement over time.

Let me tell you. This was the BEST Waffle House I have ever eaten. The food tastes the same regardless of which one you eat at, but if you want it FRESH AND HOT, eat at this one. I had the biscuit and gravy and it was the first time EVER that I had hot gravy, and my waffle was moist, fluffy, and HOT.

I was trying to be optimistic even though I read the reviews. I came in at 1030am and sat at the bar top. Talked to the waitress, got my OJ, and then later got my food. That's it. No up selling, no asking if I wanted anything else. Check dropped off and I stared at my plates. I was there til about 1145-1150. They were more joking with their friends than for service. I get it's waffle house. They were on their phones more as well.

We came to eat inside the town and they informed us that they are only working with orders from outside! 12/23/24 10:30pm. There was no announcement on the door.

To go orders only that they automatically barge 20% gratuity. Then after all of that the food was horrible. The waffle was in pieces after they attempted to make it several times and it kept sticking to the waffle iron. Last time I will ever go to that one.

So I sat down and ate here. My server name was Mya. She was nice but definitely not a good server at all. We had to ask her for everything, silverware, syrup, butter, jelly. She didn’t give us 2 mins to look at the menu before she was kept asking what we were getting, no patience, no helpful suggestions. The food was good but I watched the cook make it and he wasn’t doing that great of a job, he wasn’t changing his gloves after handling meat and eggs. The manager with locks came in after my food was already served and I wish she was the one to make it bc she seemed to be the only one who knew what she was doing
Grits tasted like it has been sitting there all morning. Wouldn’t make a fresh batch of grits one associate told me to add butter but the shit is cold. Waffle House sucks in

Service was awful. My food came out ...... Substandard, and when I said so to the waitress...... Well, this is what I got; "I can send it back, but how long do you want to wait?" It's not the question that bothered me, but the attitude. 1 more strike on Waffle House.
