Waffle House is a consistent staple for breakfast food. The customer service was top notch matched by good, hot food. I usually get the All Star and it did not disappoint. It was busy which says a lot about this location.

Long time fan of the Awful Waffle. Ordered delivery for an all-star. Food was warm enough, but the waffle wasn't in the bag. WAFFLE IS IN THE NAME OF THE COMPANY, you don't get to mess that up. The sub 4 star review makes more sense now.

The crew was amazing. They were very efficient and got everyone in and out smoothly even though it was busy. Our server Dea was the best. She was very helpful.
Itās the customer service for me! When I came in a lady with a scarf on, the one with a low fade in the back told me and my friend to sit down, there was two open seats in the bar area and some people was waiting on a table. We were fine with going to the bar but She told us to sit down and wait even after we told her we were going to the bar, But the way she told us to sit down wait she was a Delivered it harshly and Then followed it up with a smart remark, so we left, It was rush hour, so I understand the frustration, but itās a certain way youāre supposed to talk to people and thatās definitely not it, Itās all about good customer service

LOVE WAFFLE HOUSEā¦ any cityā¦usually but Iāve given this location multiple tries and they are consistently inconsistentā¦ I donāt expect great service but I do expect good foodā¦ thereās a neat looking African American guy that cooksā¦ he looks military he looks so neatā¦ small buildā¦ if you see him at the grill ā¦run because he canāt cookā¦ his eggs are NEVER like Waffle House eggsā¦ omg I wasted $19 todayā¦ they left out the cheese I paid forā¦ sausage was overcookedā¦bacon was like end pieces not full ā¦ waste waste wasteā¦ the location otw to northlake is much better and the one off sunsetā¦ and that heavy set stud is consistently abrasiveā¦ I think she has her picks but donāt be too offended as I think sheās pretty rude all the time.
