There was only 1 car in the parking lot. When I arrived there were 3 employees. One was mopping the floor and the other two were standing around talking. The counter was so dirty and disgusting. The menus were covered in syrup and the counter was sticky. When I mentioned how disgusting everything was the server told me she just got there and offered no assistance in cleaning the counter, so I left. I will inform the health inspector to check this pace out.

We went with my friends, we were 8 people and the workers ignored us, they never asked us if we were going to eat there or if we were going to do takeout and all the tables were dirty and we were there for about 15 minutes, very bad service.

We came in on late night after the bar and there were only 3 workers 2 young girls and an older guy as the cook. We couldn't even sit down because every space was dirty. I could understand if they were busy but they weren't there was literally 2 other people there. The girls were sitting down talking and not even trying to clean any tables for incoming customers. Our waiter who's name was Meka was nice and she gotten orders correct but I just didn't like the fact that they were sitting around talking while literally the whole restaurant was dirty. I love waffle house but I don't think I will be coming back to this location.

OMG, worst experience EVER!!!! They were short staffed (only 3 people working +the cook). They couldn't keep orders together, didn't clean off tables, and yelled across the restaurant at each other. We didn't get our meat selection for our meal until it was time to check out. My sister found a hair on her plate. Had to stop letting people in because of the short staffing issue.

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WENT THERE AND MADE MY ORDER AROUND 3:05AM THEY SAID THE ORDER WOULD TAKE 20 MINUTES BECAUSE THEY HAVE A COOK OR 2 OUT AND THEY ALSO WASN'T LETTING NO ONE INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. 30 MINUTES LATER 3 PLAIN CLOTHES PEOPLE GO INTO THE WAFFLE HOUSE (WHERE WE WERE TOLD WE WASN'T SUPPOSED TO GO BY SECURITY AND STAFF) THEY SIT DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE COOKS AND RECIEVED MEALS IN UNDER 10 MINUTES. I LEFT THE WAITING AREA OUTSIDE AT AROUND 4:10AM AFTER ONE OF THE SERVERS GAVE MY HOUR LONG ORDER TO THE WRONG CUSTOMER. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT TIL 7AM FOR A MANAGER. I WAITED 1 HOUR PLUS FOR A ALLSTAR MEAL THAT I NEVER RECIEVED AND PEOPLE THAT DIDN'T WAIT IN THE COLD GOT SAT AND SERVED (EVEN THO THEY WASNT SUPPOSED TO)BEFORE THE CUSTOMERS IN THE COLD OUTSIDE. IT WAS AT LEAST 3 CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR. NEVER AGAIN
