Absolutely horrible. Overheard waitress staff tell manager Chris that the bathrooms needed to be clean. When speaking to manager Chris he acts like he doesn’t even hear you with headphone in his ear. And just him alone unbelievable rude. Will never go back.

The food here was a lot like most of waffle House you go to. Everything was was good the waitresses was nice about taking the order and didn't rush me away from the table I did have time to sit there and eat so it's over all good visit.

Jasmine was a good waitress. At least she acknowledged me...more than the other waitress. Manager Chris....NEEDS MORE TRAINING in how to HELP his employees, along with greeting guest! Ladies restroom.... DISGUSTING.

It was a waffle house, so What can one say🤷🏽♀️? I don't usually eat there, but family was visiting, and THEY wanted WH specifically. Plus, my daughter had to catch her flight ✈️ soon⏳. We had just left a waffle house that had standing room only when we drove up, so we left. We stopped at Two other restaurants (Metro diner and IHOP) that had long waits, & we left...⏳ It was a Sunday morning...😳. We ended up at This Arrowood Waffle House, which was not crowded, so hey 🤷🏽♀️. There were two empty booths when we entered, but they were both filled with dishes from whoever left. No one on staff said a word to us, not hello, not welcome to Waffle House, not we'll be right with you, not goodbye, no Nuthin'! I probably would've left if I was by myself. It took about 10-15 mins for the tables to get busted and clean, & that's how long we stood waiting without a word. Btwn looking at those unclean table sitting there too long & no one saying anything, needless to say, I was getting a bit hot🔥, but I just kept quiet so as not to ruin family time together. Again, this was a waffle house, so🤷🏽♀️‼️ We sat as soon as a table was cleaned off. They brought my niece's order out wrong a few times. My son's order came out as the rest of us were finishing up, & he only had a breakfast biscuit👁️👁️🤦🏽♀️‼️ They did take it off the tab at least! I'm guessing this is why I don't frequent Waffle Houses⚫

Probably one of the BEST Waffle House I’ve ever visit! The staff here are super friendly, the jukebox is working, and the food are great, especially the melt and hashbrown bowl!
