The service is bad I couldn’t place the order online and I with to the store and she won’t place the order had a bad attitude she like you don’t have a card to place the order online !

This location has went to. To go ordering online only. I can see if it was the weekend when it's really busy but why on the week days when hardly anyone inside eating. It's more staff than customers. I saw the sign outside but since it was only about 3 customers inside I went inside to order. I was told I had to order online was told I could not sit at the counter to order online it was for dine in customers only. Again it was 3 customers inside and they were sitting at the tables and booths. I went outside to my car and placed my online order and waited for a text that my food was ready. I never got a text after about 10-15 minutes I went back inside to get my food. Food was great.

This was the nastiest cheese steak omelette I've ever had from waffle House with no cheese. And I hate that we can't eat inside after 9:00 p.m.

Me and my Fiancée dined in this morning and we had server named Victoria or “Vickie”, for short. We are a happy lesbian couple and we watched Victoria make conversation with other customers while we were given plastic ware while others were given silverware, food was thrown on the table, she immediately gave us our check after our food arrived, despite thanking her for her service to us we received no true form of hospitality and customer service. We did not feel welcome at all. We watched her check on her other customers but not us. We had to ask the register for boxes etc. Hate to see this type of discrimination towards loyal, paying, customers. Will not be returning and I advise anyone of the LGBT community to resist attending this Waffle House.

1st time visitor. Guy told me that I couldn't place an order. I needed to go online to place an order! Poor customer customer service
Ordered chili, received a bowl of onions ordered 2 bowls of large chili. Called to speak to manager. Voice mail only not good
I had just walked in me my husband my 2 kids and my newborn . I was told that I could not sit by the bathroom bc the high chair was blocking the entry of the bathroom. When there was more then 3 ft from the high chair and the wall so someone could walk to the bathroom with more then enough space. Obviously if someone with a wheelchair or any disability I would’ve moved my child with no problem . I felt so unwelcomed and made it seem as if they didn’t want kids there . I didn’t see no family with children just adults .Didn’t even try to take our order just came and said that then just left as if she wasn’t going to provide service . Beyond upset about the encounter my first time at that Waffle House . I would not go there again !!!! Beyond disappointed

I am terribly disappointed at how a 24-hour restaurant can be closed when I get there and refuse to open the door. I can't give any stars for food or service or atmosphere because I didn't get any as much as I wanted it. All's I got was attitude and a look from the 3 employees of...
"why are you here? It's 3:00 in the morning. You expect us to open the door and serve food? The nerve of asking us to earn the money we get paid at a 24hour restaurant"

Check and double-check your ticket before you pay it. They tried to add an extra $10.25 to our ticket. They didn't expect us to notice. Our total should have been $20.25, but they tried to charge us $30.50. We thought it was a mistake at first, then realized it was done on purpose. We were thankful to have caught it. I'm curious how many other people didn't. First and last time visiting this location.

Waited 20 minutes to get drinks after she asked us. Only 4 tables seated in building. I am upper management in the industry. Tip always starts at 125%. She got $5 and I tipped the cook $50 on a $30 tab . I am grateful she does not work under me and unfortunate that she works for you. Never have I given a bad review ever, but this experience was terrible. I did not get a name because it was not worth it. Absolutely horrible!!
Awful!!!! We were only one of two tables, and while there were only 2 workers, it took three tries to get eggs over medium (the picture shows eggs over easy). After telling them what over medium eggs look like, they finally gave us eggs over hard! The hash browns were cold in the middle, and service was terrible. There is no refill on the coffee, and no water is offered or served. This is the last time coming to this restaurant! Awful!

Ronnie and Nae were the best! Nae was very patient and helped me to figure out what I wanted to eat. Ronnie cooked my food to perfection! Loved this location. I’ll be back!
Parking: This waffle house is good. The parking can be atrocious. The parking lot is too small.
