Haven't been to waffle house in 20yrs after a terrible experience in winston salem. Went with some friends and meet the staff there. They were polite, courteous, funny and the food was good. Will visit this location Again . Not sure about any others.

Stopped in to get a fiesta omelette, which is my favorite and I eat all the time. They burnt the eggs. They brought grits when I clearly asked for hashbrowns. I think grits are disgusting so I couldn’t eat the toast either because it was smooshed in the grits when I asked about it, they said they were traininga new Cook food was terrible.

I asked for an omelette and they gave it to me burnt, I returned it and waited a long time and they brought it back to me almost the same, almost burnt, horrible place, dirty, the very friendly waitress was the only nice thing about this place, I won't return
Amy is the best waitress of all time! Not only was she spot on work hey for recommendations, but she was super cool too. I could tell, because she knew that I'm really funny and I didn't have to tell her. Also we have the same preferred love for our phones. I'm pretty sure she backed mine and was playing my YouTube Music playlist, throughout the entire Waffle House! It's almost like I forgot that I took acid, but I didn't, I was sober.

I was at waffle on 12/03/2024 and the waitress charged me $19.00 for 2 sandwiches that stated the cost $6.45 and a cup of coffee (that I could not get creamer for) and when she told me my tab was $19.00 I inquired and showed her the menu and she tried to create something and I just paid the bill but know that Waffle House will and is overcharging their customers
