First experience with Waffle House and it was amazing!! I hope the hospitality is indicative of all locations! Server was welcoming, polite and went above and beyond to fix inaccurate order. Other customers were friendly and interactive, just what we needed after a long day on the road.

Clean and in a great location with lots of parking. The staff was friendly and the food was great for a quick bite. Bathroom was in need of attention otherwise it would be a 6 star.

1 star I had a really disappointing experience at the Westinghouse Waffle House in Charlotte. Shanice and Miss Lee both had poor attitudes and seemed irritated with customers from the start. The service felt rushed and unprofessional, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because of how they were talking to people. I usually enjoy Waffle House, but this visit really left a bad impression

This used to be my favorite Waffle House. I had an issue with mushrooms in my hash brown bowl, and the manager at the time told me I would be comped anytime I came back. When I returned to get my bacon bowl comped, the employee told me she wasn’t a manager and that no manager was on duty, so there was nothing she could do. While I understand it wasn’t her fault, I didn’t appreciate her saying, “I just work here,” instead of trying to find a solution. I even showed proof of my original order, but since I couldn’t return right away when the issue happened, I made the trip back as soon as I could. This location used to be the best Waffle House in the area, but due to the unprofessional response and lack of accountability, I won’t be returning. If a manager says “anytime,” that should mean anytime

They got my 50$ order wrong burnt the bacon forgot the condiments and you can't call the manager to make it right this is by far my worst ever waffle house experience

We had the nicest and most pleasant server Chanice. I recommend giving her a raise or promotion of some sort. She has a great attitude and work ethic. She made our experience awesome. I wish every WH had a server like her. The food was good also shout out to the cook I didn't get the young man's name, for some reason he made the food look presentable and tasteful. Dining area, and bathrooms were very clean..a true hidden gem. Thank you I recommend this WH...
