They are always closed or have an excuse as to why they can only take online, to go, or no orders at all. This is the worst waffle house there is. I don't even know how they make money, when you can't eat there. Plus their employees just sit around on their phones, instead of trying to get the store open. 3 failed visits were enough.

I really can't rate the food because I didn't get any. The sign outside the door said To-Go-Only 11pm to 6am Friday and Saturday. We'll, I understand that. I arrived earlier than 6AM, so I waited in my car. Walked in at 6:12 and the employee walks in the door behind me and says, "I can't serve you because I am waiting for my manager. I used all 50 tickets and can't write up your order". You can't take an order on paper and start it while you wait. Very poor service. We have been here during prime time and service has always been great. But this morning, something is not right with this crew and how this is managed.
This place is always great. Jessie and the team take such pride in making our experience a great one. Thank you guys for all you do!

Only one other person in the restaurant, 3 employees, no one greeted us and didn’t offer to take our order. After waiting 20 minutes, we asked if someone could take our order and they acted as if we ruined their day.
This WaffleHouse has been one of our fav locations since it arrived in the Berewick area, but the last few Saturdays I've gone have been less than satisfying.
Wait staff needs to wait on customers instead of talk about poor pay and how ratchet they are or aren't. They loud huddled circle conversations were unprofessional and left customers unable to even get their attention.
If it weren't for the COOK, named Jared, we would never come back. He salvaged our experience and my decision that this location just needs some adjustments.
The so-called waitress didn't get our drinks, our re-fills, ensure our order issues were resolved , or check on us. She only took our order and she rushed us through that process. She says she works weekends so I will not be back on a weekend. The last 3 times I've been shes been there and all she does is talk , talk, talk laugh ridiculously loud. She was so loud in fact, the children with me even said ," why is everything so extremely loud with her?" They are always talking about pay and how much it takes to live but all I see is persons choosing to talk about it while not even taking the opportunity to earn a big tip that may have walked in the door!
I gave Jared that big tip and he was so grateful , but really he should be rewarded beyond this tip because he was the only person in the restaurant not caught up by negligence of the rest of the employees huddled off laughing away from the customers.
Later another employee waiting on shift change saw the unacceptable display of non working employees huddled up and she started asking while washing dishes, whose doing this, whose doing that? She saw what we all experienced and I just need someone beyond this location to understand this is a business not a social gathering place. I pay money to receive food and service. If I don't get even one of them, you lose my business and my trust.
I just want the young lady to fix her mindset about what professionalism and service is before it costs her, her future.

On a scale or 1 to 10, I’ll give it a 9 simply because perfection is on No Way part of Reality!!
Parking: No problem what so ever! Direct parking in the Waffle House parking lot or in the Food Lion parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: All kids love waffles!

This location suck they need a re learn how to cook food they take cheap cuts to make food fast and taste horrible hard to bitterly teach them to cook

Miya was out server. She was awesome. Always smiling and kept our glasses full. Food was terrific. Only Waffle House we visit. And we come from North Charlotte. Thank you Miya for such great service.
This is the worst Waffle House in Charlotte Nc , I have been eating in waffle houses for 25 years this is most disorganized and Poor service and extremely Poor quality food , the Manager cooks and serves Raw food , i strongly recommend do not eat there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst waffle house in charlotte had to wait outside for our order. Our order was wrong and the staff were very disrespectful I do not recommend going to this location.

In its category of restaurants its delicious and comparing to other Waffle Houses around the country its great. Clean and good service!
This has been my go to Waffle House ever since I moved to Tyvola since this Waffle House is my closest location , guys these people here are amazing I sincerely wanna give a shout to Alan , Becca and Renae , Alan is amazing with children I came here today and asked for a waffle for my kids he gave me too look alikes of Minnie Mouse and his customer service is amazing , dude keep up the good work bro I appreciate your service ??

We visited on a Wednesday morning around 10 a.m. The place was not even a quarter of the way occupied with customers. There were lots of staff that appeared to be just standing around chatting. Our server, Harvey brought my food out long before my husband's food, so I was almost completely done eating when his food arrived. Harvey never came back to ask if we needed a refill or anything else until we were finished. I've been to other Waffle Houses before and had excellent service. This was a big disappointment.
