This Walmart deserves a ZERO! It is by far the worst place ever. They put no thought behind how many people enter this store verses the one register they have open at night. I went here tonight and waited for at least 25 minutes to check out, the cashier comes back and says that she was going on break and that someone would be here in about 20 minutes. After waiting all that time they expect you to move to another line that's just as long! I honestly don't understand this Walmart at all. Who manages this store? Why is this store still open? I completely understand the name given to this Walmart. This place needs to go through and fire every manager and probably the cashiers too but it's Walmart so they won't listen to the customers until we stop shopping there. I will continue shopping I'm Concord.

Went into Walmart, grabbed 1 item and went to the electrics department. It took about 6-8 minutes to check out. The CSM was very rude. It was as if she was taking her anger out on me. She didn't greet me or even give me a total.

Walmart Is Mr. Howard Capable of managing and running and efficient super Walmart location. I have been to this location numerous of times and it has to be one of the most unorganized Walmart and Mecklenburg county. I've visited the customer service area on Mother's Day weekend. There was one individual working in customer service. I asked for the customer service manager her name is Ms. Tara, very unprofessional. I have met with Mr. Howard personally concern is the customer service at this location. He says that he is working on making things better that has been 5 to 6 months ago! No improvement at all, Regardless of the day that I visit this location. I will continue to make these comments why should I have to visit another Walmart instead of this Walmart improving. Once again Is Mr. Howard Capable of running this Walmart?????

I understand Charlotte is a larger city and I've been to every Walmart in Charlotte and this one Hass to be one of the worst it used to be really good...the best in charlotte actually...I don't know what happened. We have asked someone to show us an aisle and the customer service was absolutely terrible she literally pointed in a direction and said no words while continuously walking. We stayed in line for over 40 minutes because there was only three actual lines open and one section of self checkout open. What a shame....

The worst Walmart I've ever been to. Nothing on shelves and just always insanely busy. Today they DIDNT TAKE CARD AND THEIR ATMS DIDNT WORK!! Stupid. No warnings and wasted my time like crazy.

I remember going to this Walmart when it first opened. It was clean and well managed. Well, that was 8 years ago or so. Now, this Walmart is just the worst. It doesn't help that I have a relative who works here and keeps telling me, "it's not that bad!" Uh, yes it is! One time I went there, I was nearly ran over by several grown up women who were playing tag in the aisles! I'm not exaggerating. They looked to be in their mid-twenties! What the heck are you people doing? This is a store! Not a playground! The customer service is terrible too. Everyone has an attitude, and I pity the poor people who are working there and are young. I went there recently and had to wait over 40minutes to get someone to get me a video game from the glass cabinet. Mainly because they were ignoring me at first. Avoid this Walmart at all costs. I will NEVER enter this Walmart for as long as I live in this city!

Shopping at any Walmart is never an experience to write home about but this location is one of the worst in Charlotte. This and the location off of Ashley Rd are responsible for me doing all of my big box store shopping solely at the Big Red Bullseye for the last several year but I needed to do a return for something I foolishly purchased on their website. In true Walmart fashion, the lines throughout the front of the store were ridiculously long including the return line I had to wait in...and of course, employees not already at a register flitted about like they hadn't a care (or customer) in the world.

PLEASE THIS WALMART IS ***NOT SAFE***!!!!!! Along side being absolutely DISGUSTING, the last time I was in this Walmart I was stalked by a man the entire time. He followed close behind me and always was one aisle over from where I was. I even went down a couple aisles that him not I would need anything from (like the little girl toys section). Seriously be careful, if I had not been paying attention who knows what could've happened. The actual condition of the store was deplorable, products all over the floors, shitty fresh foods, and bad service. Out of all the Walmart's I've been to I have never had any issues like this. GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN PLEASE BE SAFE. IM FUCKIN SERIOUS MAN ALL I WANTED WAS A TOASTER NOT A STALKER.

This is the most irritating Walmart in Charlotte!!!!!! They never have anything in stock, too many of the employees have sucky attitudes. There are too many items with no price on them, and they don't offer enough organic food!!!!!!!!! NO FREAKIN THANKS!!!!!

It was the busiest, most disorganized Walmart I've ever been to. It was so difficult to find everything because of how disorganized. The staff didn't even know where some of the items I asked were. I asked one of the staff where the shower caddies were and she told me to look in the hardware section. ??? Not to mention, extremely busy and crowded and the aisles are too thin to move past people. Horrible shopping experience.

I use to live in Charlotte and this Walmart was always pretty hectic to get in to. You have cars in the fire lane, cars waiting to get down the parking lot, people in every which direction. I usually always went to the Walmart either in Concord or the one across from Concord Mills. I was on the way to the airport but had some returns that I needed to do as I didn't want to have to pack them and deal with them when I returned to Phoenix. This Walmart is about a mile from where I was staying and I didn't have the time to drive up to Concord. The greeter was very friendly and told me which line to get into for returns. The Customer Service agent though was definitely not in a great mood. I get it, it's the holidays, people are returning 50 million different things, the people in front of me were giving her a hard time about a return from Walmart.com. I always start my returns in the Walmart app. It's easier and makes the job easier for the Customer Service person. This lady literally sighed when I went to scan my QR code. I even told the lady as she was scanning the items that one of the sweaters didn't have a tag and that someone at the Concord Walmart had to use another sweatshirt to scan this one and she glared at me like I was making her job difficult. She didn't ask me how my day was going, she didn't respond to me when I tried to make some small talk. After processing my return, she tossed my receipt at me and yelled next. I always avoided this Walmart for other reasons, but now I have even another reason to not return to this location.

I will never shop at this Walmart again or any other if I can help it. I ordered a skateboard set online but chose the in store option so I wouldn't have to worry about shipment. Received and email my order was ready, checked in ahead of time and received my item.....so I thought. They gave me a scooter set instead. When I go to exchange they say they can only give me a refund and have nothing to do with my online order. I ask how do I get the correct item and he says "You can call dot com." I take the refund because I have no other option. Call customer service for them to tell me when an item is out of stock the store replaces it. I said I should've been given the option. Needless to say I'm out of the item and have to wait to get the money back since they could only put it on the card it was purchased with. Such a waist of time.

Easily the grossest WM I've ever been to. Literally have visited 100+ WMs across the nation and holy s*** this takes the cake for the most disgusting place I've stepped foot in. Restroom was literally piss COVERED. Shelves look like every day is Black Friday here.

Happy thanksgiving to me!!! Worst experience ever, 25 minutes of waiting and the staff expedited orders taken after mine. I demanded a refund and the store refused, claiming they couldn't give me my cash back $12.99 because they didn't have enough actual money in the store to cover the money they took on a debit card purchase. MCDONALDS already has my money which they had 25 minutes prior to forcing me to wait. So I have to wait 3 days to contest the charge on my debit card. This establishment is inside a WALMART and I took the issue to them and they couldn't care less, and refused to provide the franchise's contact info. Basically I got ROBBED in broad Daylight in with WALMART and MCDONALDS as the suspects, In CHARLOTTE NC.. customer service doesn't exist!!!! Anywhere!!!! I am starting a boycott of WALMART and MCDONALDS and will share this experience with the world!!!!
