Don't order the Thai tea. Too sweet and was made so wrong I had to return it. Matcha isn't any better. Low quality and the drinks were just okay. I suggest you go elsewhere before stopping here.

The two young girls that work there in the mornings are the worst. The first time I went there, no one even acknowledged me. The second time I went there, one of the ladies told me I might as well leave just because they didn’t have something that I wanted instead of offering a suggestion or something else that may have been tasty. Today 02/19/25 I went there, the girls were so busy flirting with the guys that they made my drink in 15 minutes. As a matter of fact made mine after their drink AND sandwich. It’s unfortunate that their customer service skills suck because thats honestly the impression you get of whether you’ll be back or recommend the place or not.
As you said, my coffee only takes about five minutes to steep, so why would it take 15 minutes to actually receive the coffee? In fact, I was there before those two men arrived and the Lady hadn’t even warmed up the sandwich maker so therefore, my coffee still could’ve been done and handed to me a lot sooner. not to mention my coffee was on the counter and one of the girls had to ask the other girls did she finish this off and the other girl said no so blandly as if it didn’t matter. this isn’t my first time ordering a Vietnamese coffee at a water bean, and they surely have never taken this long. Ultimately it boils down to the fact that I’ve been to your location three times and have experienced really bad customer service each time..

Our barista was mute. We waited for 5 minutes for her to notice us and she could care less if we were there and other customers. She never asked us what we want until I said something and asked if I can order. She rudely said:” when I finish this I ll take your orders!” No hi, bye, is that all, nothing. I have never been to a place where someone is so rude and ignores your existence. For the reference it was 1/11/25 and 1:30pm.

Their Vietnamese coffee is not good, their measurements must be off because the coffees quality did not taste too bad. Would give it another try if I’m in the area, but would not go out my way to return!

The espresso was burnt, and the matcha wasn't great. Otherwise, the vibes were nice, and the barista was nice and offered suggestions.

Great food, even greater coffee! Just a suggestion, maybe take orders by name and not what people ordered as people might order the same thing and take someone else’s food.

I stopped in for a latte and breakfast sandwich on June 3rd. They were out of croissants - fine, I subbed the bread. After 35 minutes, my sandwich had not come out. I asked the girl who took my order, she seemed confused, and asked another girl in the back to come out. The 2nd girl told me someone else must have taken it. I was sitting at the 1st table by the pickup counter - it was never put up. After quite a bit of back and forth, she offered to make it now. I declined. At that point, no apology had been offered and no sense of urgency was displayed to get me the sandwich I had paid for. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do it. They took down my information and said the manager would be in touch. That was 2 weeks ago and no one has contacted me. I was issued a refund for the sandwich. The lack of care and customer service was appalling. I understand mistakes happen but at no point did they try to make it right and insisted that someone else had taken my order. Even if that was the case ( it wasn't), the order should have been remade.

Ordered on the app ahead of time; got there 10 minutes after ordering, I could see they were busy, so I expected a wait. 20 minutes later, my 1 drink still isn't up, but I'm seeing that people who came in after me have gotten their drinks and left. I asked one of the women up front about it, wondering when it might be ready, to which she responded something along the lines of "we're in the middle of a morning rush, it'll be ready when it's ready". I waited another 5 minutes before I just gave up and left, as I had somewhere to be. The Park Rd./Quail Corners location never has an issue with ordering ahead on the app.

I have been a big fan of waterban coffee for quite some time but this location is the best. Cadence did an incredible job offering me recommendations and handling the store by herself. 10/10 would recommend this location!
