Such a vibey spot 🤩 The location is beautiful and the coffee is delicious! Just a heads-up—rather than fresh avocado, they use store-bought guacamole, which was unfortunately watery and unappetizing. I was also surprised by how unclean the bathroom was. In a place this lovely, I expected the bathroom to be just as thoughtfully maintained, but that wasn’t the case.

Just left this spot, visited to have the Vietnamese iced coffee but I was super disappointed. Definitely need to work on the way they prepare this coffee. Iv had it at the concord location and it was great!!

Smoked salmon bagel was delicious tho!

The staff was very friendly and the shop is cute. The Iced Chai Tea Latte tastes very good, but isn’t really worth $6 for a large cup that isn’t very big and contains a lot of ice.

WHY?
Why do you make the latte extremely hot without warning your customers? I burned my tongue on the first sip—it was genuinely painful.
My daughter is a professional barista, and I know that a proper latte with correctly steamed milk should not be this hot. Please do better.

Coffee so good fresh!!

Pricey, slow, and possibly poor quality coffee:

$9 for a large latte with an extra shot, to total 3 shots in drink. I specified that the drink will have a total of 3 shots.
Typically, a latte with 3 shots will power me all day. Not exaggerating, I sip on it all day because if I drink 3 shots too quickly my heart starts racing and I get jittery.

Today, I finished the entire drink in 2 hours and felt no different than I do with my normal cup of coffee at home. Their coffee either has very bad caffeine content, or they did not put the 3 shots I paid for. Very $$$ for what I got, esp considering how inconvenient it was to find parking here in the first place.

Absolutely the worst customer service. The lack of enthusiasm or even effort in speaking to someone when they walk in and are waiting for the staff to Finnish up their conversation it almost feels as if a customer walking in is a a nuisance. The coffee is just ok, breakfast sandwich’s are college level at best seems to be made from a George Forman grill or something. I have tried ninety times to give them a chance but today I am done. Starbucks/ Panera bread at target is just a little further but I’d rather keep my sanity and feel welcomed and have great coffee.

Don't order the Thai tea. Too sweet and was made so wrong I had to return it. Matcha isn't any better. Low quality and the drinks were just okay. I suggest you go elsewhere before stopping here.

The two young girls that work there in the mornings are the worst. The first time I went there, no one even acknowledged me. The second time I went there, one of the ladies told me I might as well leave just because they didn’t have something that I wanted instead of offering a suggestion or something else that may have been tasty. Today 02/19/25 I went there, the girls were so busy flirting with the guys that they made my drink in 15 minutes. As a matter of fact made mine after their drink AND sandwich. It’s unfortunate that their customer service skills suck because thats honestly the impression you get of whether you’ll be back or recommend the place or not.

As you said, my coffee only takes about five minutes to steep, so why would it take 15 minutes to actually receive the coffee? In fact, I was there before those two men arrived and the Lady hadn’t even warmed up the sandwich maker so therefore, my coffee still could’ve been done and handed to me a lot sooner. not to mention my coffee was on the counter and one of the girls had to ask the other girls did she finish this off and the other girl said no so blandly as if it didn’t matter. this isn’t my first time ordering a Vietnamese coffee at a water bean, and they surely have never taken this long. Ultimately it boils down to the fact that I’ve been to your location three times and have experienced really bad customer service each time..

Our barista was mute. We waited for 5 minutes for her to notice us and she could care less if we were there and other customers. She never asked us what we want until I said something and asked if I can order. She rudely said:” when I finish this I ll take your orders!” No hi, bye, is that all, nothing. I have never been to a place where someone is so rude and ignores your existence. For the reference it was 1/11/25 and 1:30pm.

Their Vietnamese coffee is not good, their measurements must be off because the coffees quality did not taste too bad. Would give it another try if I’m in the area, but would not go out my way to return!

The espresso was burnt, and the matcha wasn't great. Otherwise, the vibes were nice, and the barista was nice and offered suggestions.

Pretty standard small coffee shop.
