Disrespectful! I as using the bathroom and this rude staff doesn’t even knock just unlocks the door? Why would you do that? It’s locked why would you force it unlocked? Don’t even bother to ask if any one was inside. The lack of common sense, what’s wrong with you?

Had many problems here in the past but today was great! They were quick, polite and pretty accurate with my order even though I had multiple meals, all with customized sandwiches. Much much better than my past visits

this location is something else the employees are very rude especially the managers i waited almost 30 mins for a $5 biggie bag and it wasn’t full at all it was empty during afternoon time please do something about it because this is ridiculous at this point.

I received my 5 dollars change in quarters. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich plain with Asiago cheese and a sprite. I got a standard spicy chicken sandwich with tomato mayo and lettuce with no cheese. I waited 15 minutes in drive thru. It took the dude almost 5 minutes to get me my change. The worker seemed to have no decorum or respect or care. I have worked at multiple Wendy’s locations in the past and this dude should be fired. Honestly this place seems to be ran terribly. They should make me the owner and I’ll fire all the incompetent people.

Honestly they shouldn’t have shut the other location down because this one deserves nothing but the dirt the built the building on. It doesn’t matter how many tries you give them nothing is ever right. They constantly give out the wrong order to DoorDash and have you wait for food that comes incorrect and cold. Along with incorrect orders and terrible food quality on multiple occasions they had no soap or hand sanitizer in the bathroom. Multiple hairs in the food and no real customer service. It gets to a point.

Witnessed the manager who was making sandwiches with gloves on lick her fingers to get the sandwich wrapper separated to wrap the burger in she licked her fingers with.
She also would wipe her hands on her pants with the same disgusting gloves on. THIS PLACE IS NASTY! WE LEFT THAT DUMP.

Me and my father walked in to order some food, ordered at the kiosk and waited in line for about 15 minutes. While we waited everyone that was back there did NOT have a clue of what they were doing, I saw some the lady cooking the food with gloves on REACH into her dirty hoodie and itch something in her armpits. Not to mention we never received our food and upon leaving we announced that we were unsatisfied, and some young lady yelled at me and my father “we are just teenagers”. This was a horrible experience and will never be coming back. 0/10

So yall deny mothers their kids meals? Sick— and honestly not surprising for a Wendy’s. Yall deserve lower than that 2.7 star rating yall got. Calling people rude for no reason when it’s miscommunication is also insane.
