I stop for breakfast this morning; the customer service was horribly. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Got to work and its chicken, bacon and cheese. I was so disappointed, with no time to return not sure if I will be visiting that location again and if I do if the customer service starts out wrong that will be my que to leave and by all means everyone, please check your food before leaving..

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for a half hour before I even made it to speaker, not because they’re were a lot of cars infront of me, because they do it one by one. Anyways finally got my order in an my food back forty minutes. So if you feel like waiting a lifetime for your food

Avoid if possible. This place is a nightmare.

This is one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. I can almost guarantee that whatever you want to order will either (a) be out of stock or (b) take a 20-minute wait to get. Don’t even think about using the drive thru if there are any cars in line. My orders have often been inaccurate and missing entire items. The staff can also be very rude.

Today, I placed an online order and went inside about 10 minutes after placing my order. When I stood at the pick up area waiting for my order, the worker scolded me and said that I needed to get to the back of the ordering line (which was about 8 people deep at that point). He then went to check on my order and told me that they didn’t have any salads at all and that I’d have to get a refund from Wendy’s corporate office since it was an online order. After contacting the Wendy’s corporate office, they informed me that only this location can refund the order because it is run by a franchisee.

Don’t waste your time and lose your money here. It’s worth driving to the nearby Bojangles or even to another Wendy’s location.

Y’all need to fire that lady with the short hair on drive thru at night. She is rude for no reason. She is disrespectful and act like she doesn’t want to be at work. She needs to check her attitude. I do postmates and every time it’s the same thing.

I didn't like the manager yelling at customer he is way too big he tells them they can't give free stuff then gives somebody some then he gives certain people food in need and not the other one he just starts a lot of problems and tries to talk to girls that doesn't won't him and it's very SICK !
