I’m writing this review in hopes of helping others have a better experience. I was there recently, and the manager on the evening shift was being a total jerk. Not only did he take a long time to assist me, but while he was helping me, he continued to have a bad attitude and acted like he didn’t want to help me or my family. He also raised his voice at us, and even though I stayed calm, he felt the need to yell — completely unprofessional on his part. As a leader, he should not have been so disrespectful toward me.

Ms. Renee was the bomb dot COM!!! She was Super patient and understanding. Having a rough night is sugar coating it. Nevertheless, she was a model definition of the BACKBONE of America. I was... Am privileged and honored she gave us an unforgettable experience. We'll be back and hungry for more.

I get that (even that early) you had no chili left. However, I paid for ingredients to be added to my burgers, which you failed to provide, and by the time I realized.. I could no longer get a refund.

From someone who enjoyed (way back when) working in the service industry, please, do better.

Please fire the girl with orange braids....attitude SUPER NASTY. Made my experience awful . Pulling up I noticed she was in lobby eating because it was slow...Rushed us over the microphone and snatched money out my hand. SHE decided to work there not me! Just really bad energy!

First off I stopped coming to this location because you sit at the drive thru for 15 to 20 minutes they don't even have the decency to say I'll be right with you nothing on top of that there food is not up to standard somebody need to do something about this location it gives Wendy's a bad name

They take way too long to make your order. and they hand out raw food…this is my second time my chicken nuggets were raw. that’s absolutely disgusting…like do yall need help in that kitchen.

If I could give this location a negative 10 I most definitely WOULD… ANYTIME I come to this location it’s ALWAYS something wrong. How do you tell someone if they ordered on the Mobile App you don’t have any HAMBURGER PATTYS???? It’s laughable and sounds like a Joke but it wasn’t! And before that you didn’t have any Baked potatoes, No cheeses sauce and No salads…. By this time just close this location because whoever is running it is running it into the ground. HORRIBLE and SAD…. MCDONALDS WOULD NEVER LET SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN SMH

They help one customer at a time. When you get to the speaker, you have to wait for the person in front of you to pay, get their food, and drive off BEFORE they take your order. It’s WILD!!

Came here 3 back to back to back mornings at 8 am nobody ever answers drive thru so when I go to the window they just inside doing nothing and say they open in 30 mins they did. This 3 days in a row I literally just want breakfast and yesterday I came back at 10 am nobody answering drive thru so I go to the window again it’s employees outside smoking weed and they told me they in shift change nd it’ll be 30 mins but I wanted breakfast so it would be impossible to get it. Can we please get new management and workers here please who actually care about working

I'm not a super picky person and have always liked Wendy's. However, I would not recommend this location for lunch.... Be sure to note it's drive through only not a huge problem just would be helpful to know before hand. I waited for about 15 minutes just to have cold sandwiches and very stale bread buns. Staff were just sitting at tables inside and unfortunately not very mindful of their customers regarding wait and food quality. Hope this may help someone avoid poor food and service or even help this location improve.
