Service is absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered 3 biggie bags, waited 20 minutes for my order to be wrong. The staff member actually took my bag back into the restaurant with the food in it. Instead of just bringing out the missing items. That took another 15 minutes.

Close this store. Hundreds of reviews saying the same thing staff sucks & never gets anything right. Ridiculous wait times & order will still be wrong. Management sucks & will have an attitude when you politely address that your order is wrong.

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. Drive thru is slow even when the inside is empty & staff is lazy & have terrible attitudes. They will never get your order right. They care more about talking to each other than getting your order correct.

Horrible location! Drive thru is ALWAYS slow, orders are always wrong, staff is always rude! The wait is normally 20+ minutes, food will be cold once you get it on top of it being the complete opposite of what you order. There’s no sense of urgency & staff WILL get an attitude when you ask them to correct THEIR mistakes. This location needs to be closed. Have seen new managers come in over the last 4 years & it’s fine for a few months & still goes right back down hill. CLOSE THIS LOCATION PLEASE!

Came here to eat inside the restaurant, when I walked in the person I was with was going to use the restroom while I ordered, a lady immediately started yelling “no public restroom” to the person I was with while I was waiting at the register to order for us, I understood we had to pay first but the lady immediately got angry at the both of us for this. She started talking loud to the kitchen staff saying “they always tryin’ this” as if we weren’t standing right there and trying to order. She gave us no time to order and decided to start bickering and creating unnecessary drama. It was also considerably dirty inside for a restaurant that had been open for an hour with no customers. Overall, this place is just extremely ghetto and all that yelling will lead to spit in your food.

Horrible staff. So so rude needed to use the bathroom and I quote they said. “ No public restrooms” I said “we’re going to buy food” they said “well buy the food first and then you can use the bathroom.” We left. Ghetto in there.

Walker is are working inside to get for you money but don't want to answer the drive calls and then wey do It's are you use in a move app and you say know they at like You're not in the are everyone today 11/7/24 at 10:35p.m. staff managers and whoever else needs to be fired this is not the first time this has happened and the store doesn't close until 2:00 a.m. this is pathetic y'all have people working for y'all for free while they're in their drinking drinks eating food laughing playing watching things on their phone but you're not assisting your customers y'all are already in a ghetto ass neighborhood and ghetto side of town for them to work for free is a bunch of malarkey and y'all need to hire a whole new staff including whoever the managers or GM's are because this is getting annoying and is definitely not professional and it doesn't look good for the corporation of Wendy's fast food restaurant and it's very sad I would give names and if I have to give names reply to this message and I'll give name because I know most of the people working in there because they come from cookout next door and they was doing the same thing over there and that's why these young ladies got fired

I ordered food from uber eats and got a chili cheese fries and it was disappointing to open the bag and see my chili cheese fries burnt and my drink is water down… very disappointed that’s now what you serve to anyone
