I was a little surprised that my burger, ordered at 11:30 am, had two dry patties. And I wish they'd go back to using iceberg lettuce; my sandwich had one outside leaf of romaine, and it was hard and tough. Fries were good.

You say you close @ 3am but you start ignore customers and delivery partners @ 2am so u can get a headstart at cleaning up. I would like a manager or district manager to review this practice.

Waited 20 minutes in line. The young lady told me to "hold on for a second" times during my 20 minutes at the window, this doesn't include the 10 minutes I waited before arriving at the drive through speaker box. When finally all the cars had cleared the drive through, I pulled up to the window to order, and was looked at as if I had done something wrong. I explained how long I had been waiting. She explained, " yeah and...we're short staffed, we're taking care of other orders including online orders (there was no in store line, as the doors were locked) she proceeded to let me know even though I'd been waiting and was now at the window, she couldn't take my order because I was on a timer. Their grade is a 93. If negative 10 was available that would be the stars I give.

Drive-through girl apparently hated her job and possibly life. I said thank you to her when she handed me the bag and she ignored me so I said thank you again just to try to invoke a response and was ignored again. One interesting note; I think maybe Dr Seuss runs this restaurant because the egg I got was Green! Won't be back

I'm literally sitting in the line right now, waiting for an employee to address me for the 2nd night in a row. There are employees in there but they are not communicating with drive-thru customers. Absolutely no excuse for this type of service. Just shut it down after 9pm. Your employees are scamming you dry. This is at least my 6th time experiencing this after 9pm in the past 3 months.... and as I'm about to submit this, an employee pulls up. No one is visibly working at this location.
