You know what. People are jerks and go out of their way to whine about fast food restaurants. Calm down, first of all. Also, it’s fine. I got hot food at 10:00pm in like 4 minutes. Staff was nice. Like, chill, for real. 5 stars :)

Everytime I come or order from this Wendy's the order is either incomplete or totally wrong. Doordash makes it seems as I'm lying. Check you food, because will be wrong or something missing. I wish I had option on delivery to order from different Wendy's.

It baffles me how Wendy's continues to pump out the most inedible chicken in the world. Why is it an unchewable slab?? It leaks juice like crazy, but it's tough like leather. Like most other locations, I'll pass on this one (ruined my lunch break). Wendy's is taking the KFC death route (stocks down 47% from last year and it's no wonder why)
AND I see fake 5 star reviews that oddly enough, will give an error if you try to report them. Scummy tactics

First of all I love Wendy's! Have loved Wendy's for my entire life. So when I say this its not a direct attack on Wendy's. This location has had its upside and downs, but here lately the service has been awful. I can't speak for early morning til evening but that last leg of workers need to be fired! I used the app to order my food because its faster and it takes a little pressure off of the employees so all they have to focus on is the food but today I was given hard bread and semi warm meat and I was just one of two people in line so they had time! I ordered a drink with it and when I got the they tried to hand me a much smaller drink that I didn't even ask for nor was a replacement that I would've asked for and it cost way less than the original drink. So when I turned it down instead of them saying we'll sir what drink will satisfy you as a replacement they just closed the window and returned with the aforementioned warm burgers with the hard bread. So I was thinking the next step was to issue a refund for the drink but there was no offer for it. So I tapped on the window and asked for the receipt. Which the person seem annoyed with. So instead of arguing with the person I figured I just handle it with customer service later. But im so done with that location! Enough is enough. We work hard for the money we receive just to give it up for subpar food? No way! Hopefully they will get their act together for the next customer or quit. Because whether you realize it or not these transactions are between me and the owner you just get paid to do his or her part. I will always be a fan of Wendy's I just wish I wasn't forced to go way out of my way for the food to be prepared correctly and receive and gram of respect!

Heard a commercial about the new chicken tenders and got excited! A 3 piece was only 2.5. Very disappointed and average at best....their nuggets are better.

Just keep on driving and find a different Wendy’s. The fries were stale and old and the chicken in my sandwich had a rubbery texture. Even my coke tasted off. Very disappointed.

If I could give this zeros stars I would. My experience was absolutely ridiculous I went to this Wendy’s around 12 AM on October 14–15, and it was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. We waited in line for about 20 minutes just to place our order, and the staff was extremely rude from the start. They got our order completely wrong and the soda was flat.
We had ordered a Baconator with no cheese or mayo and added lettuce because I’m allergic to mayo. The first sandwich they gave us had extra mayo, cheese, and lettuce. So we got back in line (now behind about 10 cars) and waited almost another hour to get it fixed.
When we finally reached the speaker again, we politely explained the issue, but the employee was dismissive and rude. At the window, they literally shoved the bag at us without a word. When we checked the food again, it was still wrong — the sandwich still had cheese and no lettuce, and they shorted us a large fry that we paid for.
At that point, we just gave up. Between the awful customer service, wrong order (twice!), and the unprofessional attitude of the employees, this location clearly doesn’t care about their customers. The night shift needs serious retraining or new management because this was unacceptable. I left hungry, frustrated, and completely disappointed

Breakfast was sooo delicious and restaurant was beyond clean. Very quiet and right off the highway. We love the New Iced Coffees. Prices was exceptional and Wendy's always uses real ingredients. The manager she was very very nice and knowledgeable 😋Love Wendy's

To Corporate Wendy's and whoever has had a Really Bad experience at a Wendy's Hamburger restaurant. I have visited the Wendy's Restaurant located at Arrowridge blvd near I-77. I haven't been to that location in maybe in eight months, but eight months ago the drive thru was packed every Tuesday evening even after 9pm. I just visited this location last Tuesday 9/9/25 9pm and only one car in the drive thru and wondered what was wrong! Well I drove right up to the order kiosk, ordered a Dave's double without cheese,
then went to the window to get my food. As soon as the worker opened the window immediately I smelled a strong scent of Marijuana. Not good for any employer, but in a food chain!!
Not acceptable!! So got my food anyway, took it home opened up the burger which seemed very light. It only had 2 buns and 1 beef patty.

I've never had a worse experience anywhere!!!!!
Dave would roll over in his grave over this!!! Especially after the burger was named after him. I won't be going back to that location again!!
