This Wendy’s is the worst and I really hate it’s the closet one to y home. Tonight literally was told to wait until the three cars ahead of me was served before they could take my order. The when I finally place the order, told the cashier to make sure my fries was hot. As soon as the bag was handed out the window, I checked and you can tell they were re dropped in the grease. I asked for a fresh fries and was told I need to pull up to the next window. From 7:39 to 8:15 pm to get a bite to eat from a fast food restaurant is diabolical. I will pass by this place on my way home it’s not work the time or headache to get fresh food.

This Wendy's NEEDS HELP......Came here today & Saturday for breakfast for 8 people. Both times I went into the store. BOTH TIMES: they had to cook more biscuits. While waiting for these orders, here is what I observed: store employees cared more about drive thru customers over customers in store waiting for their orders.
The young man with braids down his back.....No gloves on hands, yet he was handling food & making orders. When I asked about: No gloves, he said: we don't have to wear gloves to put food in bags... REALLY?!? He was taking $$$ & handling food without gloves. Unfortunately, he was not the only employee without gloves😱
When you request jelly: we don't have any! Start buying more jelly please. STOP worrying more about owners bottom line rather than your guest!!!
Drive thru ....IS INSANE!!!! You can sit there 10 minutes or more & employees don't say a word why it is taking so long for the order. Guessing BISCUITS NEEDED TO BE COOKED 🤐
Sending out BURNT French toast through drive thru window..... REALLY! Lady came in & told the guy with braids: I can not eat burnt French toast. He agreed toast was burnt. Made a new order. Handed it to the Lady.....she thanked him. Opened order to discover another order of BURNT FRENCH TOAST.
Customer looked at him. SAID: I am not eating burnt French toast. I would like a refund. Dang, he dragged his butt giving a refund.....this employee know a gear besides...SLOW

Honestly I think they have like an rouge Asiago Chicken Sandwich smuggling ring going on or something cause I can't seem to get the dang sandwich. I mean, I order it I answer if I want it Spicy or Homestyle and somehow I always end up with regular chicken sandwich. I point out the mistake and they come back with something like an Asiago but it tastes horrible and don't got no bacon on it. I'm gonna have to add Wendy's to ban list with Subway and Wingstop until further notice.

This is the worst Wendy's location, I ordered on door dash and they gave me all old food.. the burger was raw ..no crackers or chili sauce with my chili, I asked for a chocolate frosty they gave me vanilla, I got old nuggets and they didn't give me the sauce for that. I called the store immediately, dialed over 20 times with no answer, called door dash no answer. Horrible experience! Avoid this place

Every single time i come to this Wendy’s past 12 am either the system is down or they’re only taking cash which i know is a lie. If you don’t want to work stay home!! Not to mention something is wrong with my order every single time. 0/10 don’t recommend

Parking: Lots of parking. Probably because of the lack of service and dirty bathrooms and food outages. What a shame Dave would not have appreciated this at all .

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. No one working the front taking care of customers. Management on the phone to boy friend. Floor in the entire place so soaked with water the staff, of which there plenty but apparently to busy to work, are in danger of falling just like the customers.

Had to come back for chilli. When I got home chilling had hard pieces of Hamburger Meats in it. Asked for extra chive on baked potatoe no chives at all. Was missing nuggets out of my 4 piece nuggets.

Walked in around 2:30 pm, Manager or supervisor would not take my order he sent me to the Kiosk with an attitude. I just left.. bad experience Won't be back!!!
I am sure this location has amazing staff, great service, high quality food prep, and thorough cleaning every second. But no sauce for chicken nuggets....this rates a few points beneath the above mentioned mandatories on a five star organization.
If you don't have anything planned for the rest of the day this is the place to go because they will clear your schedule on how long it takes. I would never come back to this place. Ever!!!!
