This place is Dirtyyyyyyy! Place is clean inside but the people making your food don’t believe in wearing gloves. One of the chick was picking apart the cheese with the same hand she was holding her phone to talk and scratching her head while poole were waiting for their foods. If you get sick from eating at this place now you know why!

The lady was just horrible to me just now working the window over an exchange or refund 3/23/2024 9:55. Never again. I'm disgusted by that lady in the window taking my order.

I ordered some food via door dash & did not receive the main items that I ordered. I asked for spicy nuggets that was apart of their order special & also spicy nuggets with the $5 bag meal. Got original instead, so I called the restaurant & informed the manager Vicki(who was rude by the way) about the items I was missing. Then as my husband is unwrapping his burger, he doesn't even eat it because it is very burnt. Also the fries were stale, cold, & salty. I inform Vicki of this & she got really nasty. She said it was the door dash driver's fault that the food was burnt & cold. Last I thought, the driver comes to pick up the food not cook it. So no it is not the driver's fault that we were missing food items & the food was not cooked properly. Wendy's has lost us a customers. I do not know what it is with these Wendy's here in Charlotte but we cannot find one Wendy's that has proper customer service. Thank goodness Door Dash gave us a credit & gave me a refund. Thank you to the driver for proper customer service & delivering our food to us in a timely manner.

Every single time I order food from here delivery they either mess up my order or leave things out. At this point it’s almost like delivery orders are intentionally messed up because they feel we won’t come up there to do anything.

HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONThe store has a roof leak dripping rain water through the ceiling onto the ice machine bin and all the cups at the drive through window.But that was AFTER when AT THE INTERCOM to take the order, nobody in front of us, we sat for whatever reason for 10 minutes before they even took the order.

Wow. 8pm the woman at the drive through sounded like she kept pressuring us to finish our order, was rude. Oh they also didn't have baked potatoes, queso, cheese or frosties...it was 26.00 for two combos btw.

This place sucks. I stood at the counter for 11 minutes. No one said a single word to me. Not hello, be right with you.....nothing. I walked out.There were only 2 customers and 1 delivery pick-up. Not like they were busy, they just didn't want to help at all.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Multiple times I have gone to this location and I have gotten grunts or attitudes when I am ordering. I went earlier and as I was being handed my drinks, the lady with the headband on and airpods in her ear at the drive through window specifically said "I hate when people take too long to take their drinks". Then she proceeded to forget my four piece nuggets and then tries to argue with me saying it was in the bag when it clearly wasn't. The worker from the back then hands me the missing four piece nuggets inside no bag with his hands touching the nuggets... who is going to eat that now?? This place is absolutely disgusting, and the workers need a reality check. Don't work at a fast food place if you don't want to deal with customers.

Would you believe that there were only three cars ahead of me in the drive-through, and I waited for 45 minutes before I could put in my order? I didn't order because the 3 cars that were ahead of me were still waiting for their order. That had to be one of the slowest drive-throughs I had ever been in.
