This place is horrible. I just tried the drive thru at 6:45 pm and was told it would be 15 minutes before they would take my order because of a shift change!! About a month ago we tried it and couldn’t order because they were only taking cash.

Nasty NASTY NASTY!!!
We JUST left!!! I didn’t even want the food. I just left with it. Whoever was at the speaker was absolutely HORRID.
Cashier- Go ahead Me-one moment plz (gets order together) Me-I’m ready to order Cashier- 40 second pause Cashier- Go head Me- places order.(the whole time I got no engagement, not a what else, not a what size, nothing,) Cashier-40 seconds pause Cashier- that’s it? Me- yes did u get the nuggets Cashier-UHN Huh (goes ghosts again)
After after that I just left she clearly didn’t want to take my order and I couldn’t trust that my food would be correct.. You really should rethink the people leave in charge of making your money… SHE WAS DISGUSTING and clearly didn’t want to work.

This location is consistently out of menu items. I’ve never been able to get a full order. Tonight, at 7pm on a Friday they were out of: baked potatoes, Diet Coke, and frosties. They almost never have baked potatoes. If this place wasn’t the closest restaurant to my house I would never return.

The young lady at the drive-thru had a terrible attitude because we couldn't hear her. We go inside to talk to a superior, not one person at a register, and everyone was too busy doing something else. The place smelled like the ventilation system was broken, just not a good experience.
Worst Wendy's in North Charlotte card machine always down and they randomly stop taking orders with a line in the drive thru

Don't do it. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a muffin and I got an ice cold hard muffin with so much grease. I didn't bother tasting it because it was wayyyy to greasy. Literally grease running down my hand. The bag looked wet from the grease. The fries were also cold.
