The young lady at the drive-thru had a terrible attitude because we couldn't hear her. We go inside to talk to a superior, not one person at a register, and everyone was too busy doing something else. The place smelled like the ventilation system was broken, just not a good experience.

Don't do it. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a muffin and I got an ice cold hard muffin with so much grease. I didn't bother tasting it because it was wayyyy to greasy. Literally grease running down my hand. The bag looked wet from the grease. The fries were also cold.

Line was taking too long to move.. Waited for 5 min and was still in the same spot. This location is always slow.
The food was great, but it's always a long wait in the drive thru. Even if it's on 2-3 cars in line. It doesn't matter what time of day or night when you go. Nobody is in the lobby??

This is hands down the WORST Wendy’s in all of Charlotte!!!! I honestly don’t know how they’re even still open. I just got told at the drive through window after waiting several minutes in silence “We aren’t taking orders right now” WHY NOT?!?!?! This location has been this way for years, I don’t know why I even tried. Every single time I’ve been to this location, they give some bs response: “we’re only taking cash” “we’re only taking card” or if you’re really unfortunate, they just won’t answer the drive through intercom at all and they’ll try and wait you out to see if you’ll leave. I wish this place would get shut down, it should not be this hard to get a simple fast food meal. I’m livid and have absolutely had it with this absolutely TERRIBLE Wendy’s. Do not come to this location if you’re expecting food

So im door dashing trying to find some help i get out the car to knock on the door or see if they're open because I drove through the drive thru and no answer after spending 5 mins each time there then as I said I went to the door no help but when I get out the car the parking lot is like 10 cars parked just chilling like a mf watching me struggle to get help it wasn't till other dashers started coming to the door that 3 employees got out there car to start out orders
Food was old and cold. Will never stop there again unless it’s for a frostie
