The food is most of time cold cause they cook it before you order it and let it sit the fries was not hot and under cooked. Pretty sure they was sitting on the counter where they put the burger together not under the heat leap as intended. Burger was ok fries sucked.

Had a slight issue with a card I resolved within 30 seconds and already the cashier loudly announced to the restaurant that my card declined, leading to the 10 other people in the back to repeat to each other my card declined and discuss it. Also like 5 people switched in and out of the cash register before I was acknowledged lol

After 20min of waiting I asked if my order was in the works with my name, the employee looked at the computer and said yes, after another 15min, he then decided to take my order by hand. So he lied to me the first time and then I watched almost a dozen people get there order before me even though they ordered after. Such a waist of time on my exam day.

SUPERVISOR Latoya starred at me while on her ear piece in a conversation for a while before even letting me know they weren’t taking orders at the registers, and redirected me to the dining kiosks. No employee as well as supervisor changed their gloves after dealing with multiple other things. Service was horrible, will never visit again. Thought it was convenient, but that wasn’t the case

Always takes 45-50 minutes to get the order out, even if it's small. I ordered a single chicken sandwich, and it took almost 45 minutes to get sent out. Super understaffed, and the staff seems to have no direction, so they take forever. Food is almost always wrong whenever you get it, and if you want it correct, expect it to take even longer. Would give zero stars if I could.
What happened to "fast" food? 15 minutes for a single meal. And when I do finally get it, it's already gone cold?? The fries were completely cold, hard, and inedible by the time I got them and I just threw them away. Nice little cherry on top was them being out of BBQ sauce. I won't be getting any food from here again

Ordered a chicken sandwich a couple of weeks ago and it tasted like it had been sitting out all day. It was disgusting. I saw a spot of green on the bun and thought it might be mold. Today I got a chocolate frosty and it tasted like sour milk. Had to throw it away. I'd only recommend coming here if you want to risk food poisoning. This has just become one less dining option on campus for me
