Worst Wendy’s ever manager is very rude and unprofessional food was cold witch I don’t see why seeing how we was their only customers no one actually in uniform or or using any food safety measures

Terrible service. Waited at drive thru 10 minutes and no one answered. Multiple other times that I went was always missing an item or my order was incorrect. Avoid at all costs
Drive to order breakfast but it's impossible because they have no in stock bacon and biscuit.

All the food was COLD. First they say “we’re only doing mobile orders right now” so I park, and place a mobile order. At the window, I realized they were indeed taking orders. Seems like they didn’t want to WORK. Like, quit your job if you’re gonna perform that way. Waste of money. I won’t be coming back. Sucks, because I live close. No wonder this location has 3.5 stars. Terrible employees, apparently.

This location is the worst Wendy's i have every visited the employees are horrible. Loud talking yelling profanity words through out the store. One person Walking around playing in his head not washing his hands and then touching food. Whoever runs thus location should be fired, I understand that these kids don't want to work but the manager on duty just stood in the drive thru and played on his phone. I will never go back to this location again

I actually just placed an order this evening at 9ish. I asked for a Baconator Meal but to my surprise I arrived home and came to the realization that they through a chicken sandwich in a hamburger wrapping just to deliberately deceive me. This is the second time they’ve done this and I can’t go back up there. For anyone trying to order from this Wendy’s please remember to check your food! Will be calling customer service to report their staff and get a refund. They didn’t even give me a receipt!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I just had the worst experience at any fast food place. THIS LOCATION IS ROACH INFESTED is what a worker told me, and I thank her for her honesty.
I placed a mobile order, and mind you, I am a regular at this location with no problems until today. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a taco salad. The chicken sandwich was good. BUT once I opened the Wendy’s bag of the taco salad, I was hit with a strange scent on the utensils, the tortilla bag, AND the salad packaging, but I thought it was in my head.
Anyway, I took two bites of this salad. After the second bite, I immediately spit it out. I was so disgusted. So I called the store, and there was no response. Then I called the customer service line (conveniently closed on the weekends, smh) and finally took the salad back to the store.
Once I got there, I was initially only going to get a refund for my salad, but after a worker disclosed that this location is ROACH INFESTED, I requested a full refund.
To make matters worse, the MOD ignored me and pretended not to know how to process refunds. Another gentleman assisted, but he couldn’t even figure out how to process my mobile order. He called his GM, who tried to give me the runaround on my refund.
Luckily, this same worker who I mentioned earlier took pity on my frustration and figured out how to give me a refund on the POS. She said roaches are all over the food and even the grill they cook on!!!! I immediately requested a full refund, but I will NEVER eat here again!
And to top it off, while I was getting my refund for the rancid salad, another customer complained about FINDING A HAIR IN HER BURGER!!! I swear I can’t make this up.
I once loved Wendy’s, but now they’ll never see my hard-earned money AGAIN! This is a PSA to the public: BE CAREFUL! These people don’t care about the quality of the food they’re serving, and that’s so disturbing.

Hair in food. Cooks have on no gloves on phone... going from earbud phone back to food. Touching food!!! (WITH HANDS No gloves). THEY KILLED 3 ROACHES ON HOT GRILL AND KEPT COOKING FOOD. Almost throwed up. I wish I seen this before ordering food. They only refunded me for a burger and my whole meal was ruined. My child meal ruined. Needs to be shut down. ..extermination..... cleaned .... and retraining. Two refunded as well for different/ Same reasons.

Atrocious they refused to give me my food I had payed for and said it was not on the receipt when we showed them the receipt on our end for the mobile order they still refused to give us our food the place is unsanitary smells like sour grease on the inside the staff is confrontational and rude especially the manager

All frosties fusions were missing toppings and melted when given to me in the drive thru when I asked they said the toppings are inside got home ate them, none had toppings
