Food is good BUT would be even better if they got my order right!!!!!! They forgot my kid chicken nuggets and I asked for vanilla frosty they gave me a Carmel cold brew

This is the worst restaurant I have been in ever! The staff is rude to the customers. Yelling at cursing at one another. The food was ok. I will never go here again it was like being on an episode of punked.

The actual worst. Rudest staff I have ever encountered. It's clear they could not care less about their jobs. Drive-thru is never manned (one time, I was even told that the person who works drive-thru was ON THEIR BREAK and I had to wait for them to come back). I tried going inside and the employees took my order, but they stood around and did nothing. Did not even begin to prepare anyone's order. I ask repeatedly for my food and when they finally deigned to make it, they threw the bag on the counter and stared me down as I left. I will drive to literally any other location when I want Wendy's food. Despicable.

Don't go here if you have a short lunch break. Never seen a Wendy's so slow and lack good customer service. I order the grilled chicken pecan salad. My salad was warm, maybe because the grill chicken was hot. Just don't understand, I ended up throwing it in the trash. Then I was trying to eat, but the little clean up guy kept sweeping in the same area I was eating. Just stayed near me. I have always thought it was rude to be sweeping a place while someone is trying to eat. Anyway I won't be back. Something has happened to fast food restaurants ?

I arrived to pick up an Uber about 930 940 and was told have to pick up inside. So I also wanted to place and order so I did so got to the window they didn’t really speak just took my payment and handed the food. I proceeded to go inside for my Uber order like I was told and the manager older lady with glasses was very rude and said the lobby closes at 10. Mind you it was about 9:55 or so when I walked in. I ordered the son of a baconator and it was made with the wrong meat. So I simply asked for a different sandwich because I ordered $30 worth of food I want it to be what I ordered. The girl at the window was happy to fix it then the rude manager come around the corner and said she’s the manager and that the girl wasn’t going to remake my sandwich unless I got back in the drive through. That was not necessary I was right in front of her. She knew I had a Uber order I. The car and just kept being very hateful. Horrible survice from that red headed manager at night m. She shouldn’t have a customer service job I do know that. Definitely not a way to get returned customers m.

I went thru the drive thru for this. Food took a long time to come. People were milling around side, chit chatting. One person was out front in the parking lot, shooting the breeze with someone in a car. My food was meh, bacon cheeseburger was luke warm at best. The window staff just suck my food out her window, 0 interaction when i said hows your evening. Just here now, go away. I dont come here often.Vegetarian options: If you like fries or a modified salad, youre good hereWheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking and a ramp. It's a one story building with no steps
