Stafe member vapeing talking on phone using a lot of profanity being very loud in the dining area so sad to have people like this working at Wendy's this happened at 11am on Tuesday March 31st

No greetings at all…had me repeating myself and had me waiting because they were too busy talking. Extremely rude and DISRESPECTFUL! My order was also wrong, I also asked for no pickles and they didn’t listen even tho I said it twice, asked for ranch and just got ignored on purpose. The food was cold and had an odd taste, had the cars waiting and piling up in the drive thru. But being disrespectful and talking bad about the customers had it. Yall need better staff.

Worst fast food restaurant ever. I don't come to this location often because I always have a bad experience. I pull up at 10am to order breakfast, but the lunch menu is up. The worker asks for my order. I then ask if breakfast is still being served and she says nothing. So I ask again and still no response. She ignored me until after several minutes, I went to the window, then pretended like she couldn't open the window to answer my question. This location no longer serves breakfast, but had no signs up anywhere to state that.

I been very impressed with this restaurant. They very fast and friendly! The place is clean and great music. The best hamburger in the Carolina
Classic. Is a very safe place. The staff is multitasking in all the areas. I believe this is the best Wendy’s in the Queen City ! Very peaceful atmosphere! Congratulations Congratulation!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Unable to function as a fast food restaurant to any regard. Overwhelmed with any orders, drive thru randomly closing while they still keep it open, and confused by any request what so ever.

Horrible experience. I waited a long time just to order, had to repeat myself three times, and still ended up with cold food. On top of that, I found hair in my fries, which is disgusting. Definitely not coming back.
Worst experience I’ve ever had from a Wendy’s. Don’t go after 9 PM or you’ll absolutely regret it. It took 10 minutes for them to take my order another 15 minutes waiting at the window for my food then they forgot some stuff and the food was cold. Everyone in the window looked like they were on something.

I asked for a refund after not getting my food at all after like 25 minutes all it was were baconator fries and they told me they couldn’t give me a refund
They need to get more help on nights especially late nights. I do doordash and sit in a long line for at least 30 mins plus waiting to pick up orders. Sat at the speaker for 30 mins with no one responding and like 3 cars waiting for there food that weren't moving. It seemed the only person working was the manager who looks to be between 65/70 years old and could not move fast at all. This is unacceptable service and you shouldn't be open late night if you don't have enough people to work it. But I give it to that manager for trying his best at his age. And when I get food for myself anytime of day something is usually messed up or the teenagers goofing off not paying attention to what there doing.

Very rude…. Ordered 55$ worth of food and politely asked for more sauce and got told she put plenty in the bag , 2 bbq sauces. With lots of attitude . If she knew what was in my bag why was I missing a large fry and baked potato??? I try to be so polite but it got no where with her .

I recently moved back to Charlotte and stopped by this Wendy’s on two occasions. The interactions I have had with staff during both visits was extremely unacceptable. My first visit was 12/24 and was plainly ignored by a young lady working the drive through window. It was the holidays so I let it slide.
During my most recent visit on 12/17 around 11AM I placed my order at the drive thru speaker. When I arrived at the first window to pay I was told that their system went down. I sat at the window for several minutes before the cashier took my card for payment. She handed the card back and when I asked for my receipt she said there was no receipt because the system was down. Confused, I pulled up to the second window and requested a receipt because my card was indeed taken and swiped. The most NASTIEST NASTIEST NASTIEST manager came to the window and in a very condescending tone told me I was not charged for the meal because their system was down so there would be no receipt. She looked at me with the most stank look and proceeded to say “you’re welcome” in the nastiest tone.
When I checked my bank statement 2 minutes later, sure enough there was a charge from Wendy’s. I’m not pressed by the $5.41 that was spent, my problem is that my card was charged and I was gaslit to believe otherwise. The manager and employees at this particular Wendy’s have HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service skills. HORRIBLE. I will be contacting corporate to further discuss my grievances regarding their attitudes and lack of customer service skills.
And to the manager, do better. Your leadership sucks which is evident by how your staff interacts with customers.

Maybe one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. The fries were cold and clearly not fresh, which is disappointing since hot, fresh fries used to be a standard here. Not sure if that’s just not a thing anymore, but it was definitely frustrating. Ended up having to reheat them in my air fryer at home. Not the experience I expected.

by far one of these worst wendy’s in existence doesn’t matter the time of day line is around the building because they are ridiculously slow so even there isn’t that many people you will still wait
