Worst service i have ever encountered. Made my sandwich wrong twice and then made me wait almost 10 minutes while other people got their orders but I had to wait. All I wanted was a double with nothing but ketchup and meat on the bun. No cheese, no lettuce, tomato or anything else. Will never go back to this location.

Drive thru attendant is impolite, and dismissive. I queried my order, I was told the items were in the bag. My order was incorrect, and the Items were not in the bag.

This location is always out of stuff most times I go. They were supposed to open at a certain time and had nothing ready, even though employees were outside by the dumpster smoking cigarettes and told me I had to wait in the drive thru for 30-40 minutes until they were ready. Then today I ordered a drink because they were out of sausage during breakfast and noticed after I left that my cup was all sticky and had brown stuff on the inside of my lid, so I had to pour my drink out.

Just got off work went here. Order a Dave single. Wait in drive thru just to get my burger. Bit into it & it’s cold smh. Aint even no need to go back and return it. It’s just simply bad employees and customer service

I live right beside this Wendy's location and it never fails to disappoint me. The drive thru wait is always ridiculous. It seems as soon as 9PM hits, all customer service goes out the window. This location truly should have stayed shut down rather than provide subpar service at every turn.

I did a to go order inside the store and everything was fine with ordering the food. The problem was a customer came in and asked a worker if order mobile is working. The worker said yes and turned around rolled her eyes or give a side eye when the customer left. I felt that was wrong to do. It was a simple question. Other than that waiting on the food, the workers basically seemed like they are just there to chat and not wanna do anything. I get it’s a fast food job and it’s “Wendy’s” but at least do your job while chatting. I’m an assistant store manager from a retail store and I would HATE to see my associates to act this way. Last thing is my burger didn’t feel fresh. It felt stale and plastic. I hope the company does something about this because when I saw other reviews about this location, I’m glad I’m not the only one who felt this way. Please work on it.

They were totally out of napkins, I had to use toilet paper as napkins. The soft drink machine was out of many selections. An employee was cleaning the tables and floor. There was food on the floor, he picked up one piece of it and left the rest. I go to Wendy's at minimum once a week and this by far is the worst experience I have had. OUT OF NAPKINS??????😩

Absolutely WORST Wendy’s in America. Food was beyond disgusting, customer service nonexistent, I didn’t receive my correct order. This location needs to be shut down immediately.

It’s ALWAYS an issue every single time we come to this location. Mind you we don’t come a lot because of how confused this location seems to be. But now I go through to get two meals, charged for a completely wrong order, wanted it to get refunded and then can’t find the other in the system that you JUST CHARGED ME FOR???? Then I give me card back after being told that I would be charged the CORRECT difference of ELEVEN dollars just to be charged for the full balance of what I should’ve been paid anyway. So then I cancel my order just to be refunded back partial of the second swipe and gotta contact my bank now to get the first erroneous one back. Other than that it’s there’s the nasty attitudes that I didn’t order and just tend to overlook. Yea, this Wendy’s can be missed fr fr 😂 Because none of that process made not the first bit of sense ong

Their drive through always takes so long. I spent 30 minutes in the drive through line when I just ordered a sandwich and drink.
Wendys is not known for being "fast", but this is the slowest fast food restaurant.
