WORST WENDYS EVER…. There’s a rude old man, that can barely move, cook, or hand out drinks without almost falling over! I felt bad at first but then he had the audacity to be RUDE at the window… I told him he was being rude and his response was “i’ll show you rude”. I was just trying to pick up uber eats orders and they took over an hour long! This caused them to be working past close and he kept saying “I don’t know why you’re in my drive thru my drive thru been closed for 45 mins” … If the order was placed before close you make it and move on! They were extremely high paying orders so I wasn’t canceling them! He needs to be fired…

The staff are very professional and friendly! They provided hot food and courteous servic, which is all you can ask these days of a drive-thru. I also enjoyed the fact that when I went back and said that something wasn't right, they didn't question me to death or ask me for a million receipts. they simply fixed the order and sent me on my way! Kudos to Wendy's for not treating your customers like a bunch of greedy liars! Thank you so much!

I got a cheddar and bacon baked potato. I have had baked potatoes at so many restaurants high-end, steak houses and all kinds of restaurants in between. This was the best baked potato I ever had in my life It tasted almost like it was steamed to cook it. I will rate Wendy's bacon cheddar baked potato over anyone else in Charlotte. At least the Wendy's near highway 16 in Mount Holly Huntersville. They are I've thrown down the gauntlet Do your best every other restaurant that serves a bacon cheddar potato!
