The staff are very professional and friendly! They provided hot food and courteous servic, which is all you can ask these days of a drive-thru. I also enjoyed the fact that when I went back and said that something wasn't right, they didn't question me to death or ask me for a million receipts. they simply fixed the order and sent me on my way! Kudos to Wendy's for not treating your customers like a bunch of greedy liars! Thank you so much!

I got a cheddar and bacon baked potato. I have had baked potatoes at so many restaurants high-end, steak houses and all kinds of restaurants in between. This was the best baked potato I ever had in my life It tasted almost like it was steamed to cook it. I will rate Wendy's bacon cheddar baked potato over anyone else in Charlotte. At least the Wendy's near highway 16 in Mount Holly Huntersville. They are I've thrown down the gauntlet Do your best every other restaurant that serves a bacon cheddar potato!

I understand reading is a challenge for some people. PSA pick your food up yourself because if you order delivery you will end up coming tp the store anyways for the correct items. Lmao.
It took forever to get our food. People were just shuffling around and trying to figure out which item belonged to which order. And there were many mistakes made. Horrible service.

First let me say when I ordered in the drive thru, a manager took my order. I made very clear that I’d like to have fresh fries and nuggets. Well the young lady that gave me my food told me my nuggets were cold. I’m like I asked for fresh nuggets. She took them back and said it’ll eve four minutes, came back in one and said some had just came up. Ok cool! Just to get home and the fries had been dropped again and were hard(not edible), and the bread on my burger was so hard as if it had been sitting under the warmer for some time. It’s always an issue going here on night shift.
