“Mobile orders have to be picked up through the drive thru”—Yeah so that’s exactly why someone would make a pickup order is to NOT do the drive thru… are we serious?

Service is always slow and food isn’t fresh at all. Pitiful
I’ve come here multiple times and they tell you we aren’t take orders for a “shift change” just ridiculous they don’t operate during normal hours the night shift does not work ! They deserve ZERO stars.

They gave me a baconator with no bacon like how do you mess up the one ingredient in the name of the item? All I wanted was my 1 AM Wendy’s and I didn’t get what I wanted, this is a dark day for the Wendy’s corporation, I’m not just mad just really disappointed 😢.

Went here just to do a normal. Uber eats delivery and was told that they were out of Frosty’s. then was told customer got a complementary drink, which I was baffled with because the order did not come with an extra drink and he was paying for a frosty. He did not get then went to ask another worker if the frosty machine was working because they didn’t sound truthful, he told me he went and checked, and it actually wasn’t working then went in line again where someone Different use the frosty machine and it magically started working again and Throughout this whole process, the employees at this, Wendy’s were staring at me like I was some sort of criminal or something, not wanting to get the door for me to get the food that was already paid for and acting like it was the hardest thing in the world to make me a frosty without telling lie

Definitely struggling here. Cashier was friendly enough, but there were 10 folks waiting for food. Not sure where the miscommunication is, but improvement opportunity for sure.

I’ve never been greeted by an employee at Wendy’s like I was this evening. Jah was the most polite, well mannered and patient employee I’ve witnessed at this location. Everything was “yes ma’am” “no ma’am” and all with a smile. I was so impressed I asked for his manager to express my experience. I wish GM Scott was there so I could praise Jah to him. I really hope this review is seen by GM Scott.
