Definitely struggling here. Cashier was friendly enough, but there were 10 folks waiting for food. Not sure where the miscommunication is, but improvement opportunity for sure.

I’ve never been greeted by an employee at Wendy’s like I was this evening. Jah was the most polite, well mannered and patient employee I’ve witnessed at this location. Everything was “yes ma’am” “no ma’am” and all with a smile. I was so impressed I asked for his manager to express my experience. I wish GM Scott was there so I could praise Jah to him. I really hope this review is seen by GM Scott.

I have visited this location since Nov 2022. Drive thru is always busy but usually the employees do great job of moving the que forward. I kept trying to hit the dining room thinking maybe they just closed at night due to being in a bad area, then frequently found the dining room closed during the day as well. I found that weird but when your hungry and need quick drive thru it is. Food is sometimes absolutely amazing others middling, however what is a constant experience is friendly...
