Ordered nuggets, drove around to the window. When the cashier opened the window all I saw was filth all over tge place. Grease all on the cup holders, and just an unsanitary environment. Then the cashier dropped my BBQ sauce on the floor and still put it in the bag on top of my nuggets smh.

Every time I come here they’re always out of everything. No baked potatoes, no lemonade, no frostys, no dipping sauces. How do you promote new frostys, a new taco salad but don’t even have it when people want it?? This is PATHETIC, I’m calling corporate, I spent money just to receive cold burgers, stale cold hard fries, and soggy nuggets. Waste of money!!!!

The cashier was rude and dismissive. Our order details were ignored. For example, we ordered a double and a single, but received 2 singles. The buns were dry, and patsy were overcooked. The person that brought our food wore his pants below his butt. They did not provide a receipt. It appears to be a very dysfunctional operation.

Ordered last night, after waiting entirely too long my order was wrong and it was cold. They gave me stale fries, and the ladies at the window need updated customer service training. I’ve been attempting to call since last night and no one answers the phone.
rude manager who doesn't seem to do anything but tell other people what to do. he is terrible with app orders and always has an excuse. he had the nerve to tell me he didn't have time to get mushrooms out of the storeroom so I got a mushroom burger with no mushrooms... there were 3 customers in the store and they had already ordered he always has some kind of excuse and rudeness from him

And by the time you receive the burger, the fries are cold!! Plus there's no ice for the DRINKS! TERRIBLE!! "DAVE" WOULD NOT BE HAPPY WITH THIS!! Plus!! ALL THE TABLES WERE DIRTY!!
