Craig was super busy at front counter handling orders, problems with pickup orders....all while seeming unflustered AND WITH A SMILE.
Craig deserves a raise, or at least a bonus, for being an excellent employee and treating every customer with courtesy. This kind of customer service is rare these days and Craig needs to be recognized for the excellent job he is doing.
