10/31/24 update, great to see a recent high score from health department. Food is more often good or better, have had a couple times where the wait and the food was "almost good".

If i could give a zero I would. 45 minutes I'm the drive thru for 2 chicken sandwiches. 45 minutes. Will never go to another Wendy's.
I specifically asked for no cheese on my burger, and there were 2 slices of cheese on there once i got home. I’m exhausted and hungry and don’t want to go back this late to get a new burger.

Had their employee yell expletives at me for complaining they were only accepting cash. She was clearly hacing a bad day but not an excuse. I had this Wendy's on my list of places not to visit but was desperate and it was late. I will once again be never going back. Its a trashy place, used to be good like 15 years ago but the employees today have an awful attitude probably because they work at a Wendys

This Wendy's has been garbage lately. Specifically the night crew. Not sure about daytime. Just spent an hour waiting for my food that I ordered ahead on the mobile app and IT IS COLD. I am honestly shocked. I don't even understand how this is possible. It's not because they made my food an hour ago when I placed it, because I also sat at the window for 15 minutes waiting for them to put it together. This is not the first time the lines have been atrocious but usually the food is at least hot. I'm done with this Wendy's.

I went inside. I waited a couple minutes for someone to greet me. And, a young lady came to help,she was super sweet, friendly and kind. I was happy about that. It's 8/28/24 around 3:00P.M. Please give her a raise for being chill and friendly and getting my salad without making me wait a while.
