I don’t normally leave reviews but this Wendy’s was horrible! Went in to use the restroom and it was disgusting and smelled horrible, decided to go through the drive thru and they acted like it was a chore to hand the food out the window.. no politeness at all.. parked in the parking lot to eat my apple pecan salad and the lettuce was dark and slimy, the apples were dark brown and the chicken looked dried out.. I’d imagine it was several days old!

This was the first time I've ever felt rushed and not valued as customer at this location. Don't know whats changing but customer service is beyond me. Telling a coworker not to do anything with my food is beyond me. FIX THAT.
Update 11.26.24 i do a daves double w/, spicy nuggets. Instead of fries, it comes up on the screen. I pay for it. I realized I got fries instead of nuggets. Turn back around and am told they don't do that. When I've been doing it at every location I've visited and no straw and the incorrect drink. Who ever is running this is going to lose business with these habits.

this has to be one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants i’ve seen & i’m talking about entire kitchen area this place needs new management asap! there was a spill in front of the door where people walk in i told the young gentlemen at the register and he completely ignored me they need to do better!

Terrible experience. I ordered a burger on the evening of 11/02/2024 through DoorDash and went to pick it up. A employee told me there was no such order, even though the app showed that it was being processed and marked as ready for pickup. Honestly, dealing with scammers like this makes me want to hold them accountable

They are skimming cards here. This is the only place where I handed my card to someone and I always watch my card but couldn't really see this young guy who swiped my card. A few weeks later, my account was hit with almost $4000 in charges. I immediately knew it was the guy bc that's the only one and I made a mental note when it happened like if my card gets hit, I remember who it was. It happened on Sept. 2, 2024 in the afternoon, young guy. Watch your cards. Lock your cards and report them. Luckily I got my money back.

Handed us the wrong bags. Accused us of theft and refused to hand over our correct orders. We are out $20 without our food and I will never go back to this location again.
