This location has had issues for well over a decade. To be honest, I don’t know how they’ve survived. From incorrect drive thru orders to poor service and long wait times, it’s been a revolving door of issues over the years. I avoid for a while then try again to see if enough staff turnover has happened to turn it around, but it’s just always a poor experience for me. On this occasion, my chicken sandwich was undercooked enough that I had to throw it away after one bite, that I also had to spit out. I shouldn’t be throwing away a $9 sandwich. Service on this visit was good, but I’ve experienced what other reviews have noted with timeliness. One time I waited at the drive through order box for over 15 minutes (as the first car in line) - it became obvious they were just ignoring in the hopes that I would leave, and it was still well before closing. After this chicken fiasco, I’m finally crossing them off my list permanently.

Rude to all the customers did not let customers know that they were closed there was never an opportunity for the business at all.

Somebody was having a bad day. Drive through attendant had to take my simple order three times and still got it wrong, but not after copping an attitude. Wendy’s, hint: Put friendly people in the drive-through.

HORRIBLE service….
I place an order 2 hours before they closed through uber….its been an hour of waiting time.
Called up the restaurant 20+ times…finally someone picked up, we were able to tell them the name for the order—but once we did there was complete silence and then the phone hung up.
Called back and it was though they were hanging up on purpose.
CLOSE THIS WENDYS OR GET BETTER STAFF !!!!!!!

Ordered in drive through after midnight. Took about 10-15 minutes to get food. I ordered number 1 combo and small chili. The service was good, and he gave me what I asked for but he looked tired and could barely talk. After I left and was on the road, I checked and the food was cold. Spoon for chili was missing. I gave it two star overall and that is for the service and food was zero star.

Terrible ! The fries were hard and overcooked like they been sitting out since the day before yesterday . The nuggets were hard , cold and nasty . You could not even save them with sauce . The chicken ranch wrap was disgusting like it was just thrown together . The cheese was not melted and the chicken inside looked old! This place should be shut ‘down! Disgusting
I was given a chance to come back after long time of not eat here but as always bad experience the food is cold especially the fries 🍟 do not cook food before the customer orders let the customers wait 5 more minutes and give fresh hot food

Good, hot food. Regular Wendy's appearance and feeling. Clean and plenty of parking. Their ice cream/frosty machine is down a lot though and they stop making them an hour before closing.
