There was paper on my sandwich. I guess from the cheese. I didn’t even bother calling to let them know(no one answers the phone), and I didn’t feel like driving back there because I just got settled in from work. The lady in the drive through seemed to be having a bad night.. not too friendly.

A few years ago, it was really bad and the service was terrible. So I didn't go anymore, and I happened to buy some chili about a month ago and it was so delicious. The service was good and the food was generally good. Especially, the chili is the best. The hot chili I eat in the cold was great. I will continue to use it.

The facility was not clean. This includes the men’s restroom. From a service standpoint, the order was wrong so had to bring back one burger. Also, it may be my imagination but the burgers seem to be getting thinner.☹️ I will not go back to this Wendy’s but will try a different one, in the hope that the single burger has more beef!

Donika (sorry if I misspelled your name) went ABOVE and beyond! I ordered via the app right before pulling into the parking lot and she had me pull up almost as soon as I got to the window so she could prepare my order! It was all 100% CORRECT and FRESH!!! GUGE SHOUTOUT FOR SURE AND I WILL RETURN!!!

Very unpleasant experienced at this location. Long lines yet it's OK. But they'll give you half of your order and say they're too busy come back around and wait another 45 mins. Never staffed and no 0% sense of
the worst manager I've ever seen. Teach her how to communicate professionally with clients.

I was in a bind today, so I swung in Wendy's, and to my surprise, the line was actually moving at a reasonable pace, and to my bigger surprise they had a new young lady working the window that was super nice and curious and actually had a smile on her face. I hope they keep her and don't share their lemons with her. Baked potatoes are my go-to with sourcream and chives and the junior bacon cheese burgers.
