I go there quite frequently. I have never had a problem with this store. The staff is always very friendly. They've gotten my order correct every time and you can get through the drive-thru relatively fast

They told me they ran out of meat after I paid? Made me pull up in the drive thru line and then forgot to bring my food out so I had to go in and get it. It was incorrect and they had to remake it.

Do not come to this drive-through if it is raining. They have no canopy over the order window. You’re also on a hill so you’re just getting soaked trying to make your order. Then when you pull up to Pay, there’s no canopy there either. My entire car got soaked inside as well as me just trying to order food. And the lady at the drive-through laughed at me when I asked her why they didn’t have a canopy.

Food was room temp, and we waited for it. We asked for our cups for our drinks, and the manager just pointed, didn't say a word. All the tables needed to be wiped down. The outside was a beautiful building. That was the only positive.

I've always had bad experiences at this Wendy's but I decided to give it another try today after promising myself I'd never return.

I should have listened to myself. I ended up driving off without food. I'll post my entire conversation at the speaker so you all can see what I'm talking about.

Wendy's employee - Order when you're ready

Me - Can I have 2 kid's meal cheeseburgers?

Wendy's employee - No

(Awkward Silence for about 5 seconds)

Wendy's employee - I'm just kidding, what drinks do you want with them?

Me - Do you have applejuice?

I'm never going back to this place and I deserve to be punched in the face if I ever consider going back. I'm just happy I got out of there without giving them my money. You're better off just picking up some Chex Mix and a bag of peanuts at the gas station attached to it.
