I've come here after work about 4 times and each time I have had possibly the worst fast food service I've ever experienced. Long waits, not being able to take credit card, out of many items, and refusal to do certain menu items. I don't know how it is other parts of the day but do not come during late hours.

Charlotte NC 28277 I came into the establishment after 5 p.m on 10/17/24 The employees were just hanging around and talking.There weren't any customers other than myself. No one even bothered to Greet Me. I wasn't too sure of how to place my order because I was using my app QR Code. The lady taking my order is Always rude with a nasty demeanor. Today was no exception. Geneva is the name on the receipt, but I'm not sure if this is her name. She is a dark complected, middle-aged black woman. I was polite and I tried to explain what I was trying to accomplish. She wouldn't take off an item, as I asked. She them became frustrated. I figured out a way to place my order. They kept looking at me and kept laughing as I waited for my food. I was uncomfortable to the point where I took the food and just left. I feel like they did something to the food and Will NOT be eating it. The Customer Service, Attitude and Atmosphere in that place is Horrible!!!

The wendys in Southpark NC was a two story Wendy's for some reason. I ordered a spicy chicken and a classic. I recieved a dry old classic and a very undercooked classic. The manager on duty didn't apologize but I told her to just remake them. I wasn't impressed with the service at this Wendy's.
Best experience at a Fast Food Restaurant in a long time. Elijah was amazing! He made our experience a great one!

Worst experience ever. Went through drive through. Asked for a minute to decide. 20 seconds later guy yells at me asking if I’m ready. Replied- No another minute. Ten seconds later demands again. When I said no he tells me I’m running up his time and if I don’t know what I want to get out of line and come back when I’m ready. It was 1:15 am with no line. I told him I’m ready and ordered. Asked for the saucy nuggets. He says 4 minute wait. That’s fine. Is that all? No give him the rest of the order and added a sweet tea. He screams at me we’re out of sweet tea. I said that’s fine. That’ll be all. Again screams at me they don’t have tea. I had to raise my voice over him shouting at me to be heard to sayI know don’t worry about it. Then he tells me not to yell at him. I said sir you’ve been rude to me from the moment I pulled up. He said no I haven’t and I don’t have to serve you if you’re being rude. At this point I told him that’s fine I don’t want anything and I’d speak to his manager in the morning. Will never be back. As this is a big chain I doubt this review will make a difference but I cannot believe the level of animosity and I can only guess he didn’t want to work. I hope his bosses see this and grant his wish.

Lady in the BOH was making burgers wearing flip flops today. Didn't much care until she tried to tell me she was allowed to by her manager, great heath department score of 98.? But flip flops, you know that is against policy. Smh
