Rude and impatient after we asked for a second to look at the menu- with no cars behind us! Then ended up pulling us forward bc they had to cook the biscuits!
Coworker on drive tru , was very idiot to take my order maybe need go home cause was ungry my chicken wrap was a mess, that happened tonight around 8:30 pm to 9:20 my hamburgers is mess too like guy on microfhone on drive true 😤

Ordered two Dave's Double burgers on Saturday, September 21, 2024, sometime between 11:00am & 12:00pm to take home with two orders of medium fries for my husband and I. When I arrived home and opened the two burgers, they were not double sandwiches but single burgers. I was not given a receipt either!

You know it’s sad that these people can’t take a simple order and then on top of that they are so disrespectful and rude to the customer. They tried to tell me that I didn’t order a drink with a meal and told me that I couldn’t order my food a certain way, I’ve never had this problem with. It’s extremely sad how their customer service has gone down the drain for a manager to argue with me instead of fixing a mistake and telling me that I have to go back to a long line because they messed up is unacceptable. Keep driving until you had a better.
