Its seems like they never run their normal business hours, everytime I go thru drive thru in the normal business hours. They never opens on time..bad business for the company you never see me again smh!
this is the worst experience with food i’ve ever had in my life, the lobby is closed and the drive thru person literally doesn’t respond to you while you’re ordering, we pulled up to the window and the guy just stared at me he didn’t even say hello or my total or a smile or anything. he just dead on stared and waited for me to give him my card. the food was cold and dry too

Went to the drive in to get a Single and a Frosty. We were told to come back in 20 minutes due to a shift change. Really?? Yes, I know when we will be back...NEVER!

Did not have anything I ordered, no pretzel burger , no cheese for the fries, only had honey mustard or ghost pepper sauces, cold fries . Settled for the biggie bag ! This is my sandwich . SMH I understand inflation but $9 for a meal & this is what I got! Do better Wendy’s! You fell off !! Smh .

Was told that they were having shift change and could not take any orders. I have never ever heard of a fast food place that did not take orders during shift changes. Poor management if you can’t take orders during shift changes.
Normally the guy working the drive-thru around noon is very nice and gets through the cars quickly but on 10/03 whoever the woman at the window was had an attitude for no reason. I get people have bad days but leave your attitude at the door.

Not what I ordered, Wouldn’t Matter Anyway
For starters, this place really smelled bad.
I ordered a bacon and egg cheese biscuit sandwich, a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich, and an iced caramel cold brew.
The cold brew tasted like pure sugar, so I threw it out.
My first sandwich, was not on a biscuit, it was on a hamburger bun, and had both bacon and sausage, and cheese on it, but no egg. The sausage tasted like a spicy, salty, cheap hamburger. This sandwich was awful!
My second sandwich, the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was correct. unfortunately, after the first sandwich, I took one but of this one, and it made me really nauseous. I threw this out also.
I was still starving, so went somewhere else to find something edible. I will not be returning to Wendy’s in the future for breakfast.

I can’t help but notice that one guy seems to be pulling the work load for everyone that is there slacking off. His name is Shawn, the rest of them was lost with out him. This Wendy’s need good help, not just someone that is going to hand out French fries without gloves and other people that stand around. Definitely need help or a new restaurant to come in it’s place.

12:30pm on a Friday. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line to get to the speaker to place on order, was told "just a sec", then waited another 10 minutes before I finally drove away, because they never came back.
Like what's the point of even running a fast food place if this is how it operates?

This is without a doubt the worst Wendy's I have ever been to and that's really saying something since they are basically all trash. Won't be going to any Wendy's ever again at this point. Service is unbelievably slow, the food is never what I ordered, and it's all poor quality. Don't go here.

Drove thru. Long wait. Obvious there was only 1 guy at window, practically him and cook alone. Very short staffed!! Liked that he was very friendly regardless and I totally understand situation when co-workers don't want to work and abandon you.

This has to be the slowest Wendy’s on earth. It doesn’t matter when you go, you will sit in the drive-thru for 30 minutes at minimum. They’ve got a bunch of lazy managers and employees in there. If you look there’s 5+ people in there at any given time and essentially just hanging out. But yet these people want $20+ an hour. Make sure you have a lot of extra time if you plan on going to the slowest fast food restaurant in the state of NC!
