I am literally appalled at the unprofessionalism, awful attitudes and unsanitary food handling. One of the young ladies was bagging my food while scratching her head and texting. I concerned at the who the higher ups are because they are obviously not making sure the store is ran correctly.

I had to wait 35 minutes to order my double cheeseburger. Another 10 to get it, after two other guests had been served and gotten their food after I ordered. I got my food and mentioned my wait and they basically told me to go F off. They are usually cool but the girl who looks like a lightskin Voldemort is a nightmare and could not care less.

Drive thru person was unprofessional. Out of baked potato’s and cheese sauce. Rude slow and poor service. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 4 minutes before anyone announced themselves and still was asked to wait to place my order just for them not to have anything I wanted. Get better help

Don't waste your time or money. 2 days ago I waited THIRTY MINUTES in drive thru just to get a dave single, jr cheese burger and a fry. The didn't have asiago cheese. So I requested my daves single with no cheese. My dave single was given to me with 2 slices of America cheese. I asked for my money back and they told me I had to come back another day when the Mgr is in. They had no business card for the Mgr, no paper to give me a receipt. And when I requested the transaction number they couldn't give me that either. I will never go back! Clearly, they do not care about their customers. Extremely slow, poor customer service and I don't know the quality of food because I never got to taste my burger since it was wrong.

Food and service were great but the lobby area while very large looks a bit out of sorts. Its in a office buildling so its a shared space. But a good location food and service wise.

There is nothing fast about this place. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. It's a convenient location to my job but it's always the worst service, the food is trash, and it takes forever. I'm not coming back and I hope they go out of business. It's clearly mismanaged. They take an order and fulfill that order before taking the next. The line gets crazy backed up and the employees are just laughing and hanging out. Either fir everyone and start from scratch, or shut down. This is not how a business is run.Just got back to work and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich. I paid for a classic chicken sandwich combo and I got a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich which is like a third of the price. Unbelievable. So not only did it take my entire lunch break to get my order, but it was incorrect.

I came in on last night 2/17/24 around 7pm. Only one worker and he was so bummed out bc of the lack of help! He was the only employee there. I asked his name and he said Oscar. So shout out ti that man for an incredible job even though it's unacceptable to have only one worker in such a busy place! All employees who left that man hanging to defend the whole store himself! Should be fired like now! Wendy's has to do better by equal treatment for all employees

people are being scammed here, be careful. I ordered food to take with me and they served the wrong thing. in total I was cheated out of about $20. avoid this place, or check each item before leaving the order counter.

I start out with the positive... the staff were very friendly and greeted me with smiles. BUT the chicken on my salad was at least a week old, dry and uneatable! They did not have the fried onions on it and some of the lettuce was frozen The tea tastes spoiled. Plus I wasted 1/2 my lunch hour waiting in line! So needless to say I'm afraid to eat or drink any of it!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Not only did we have to go back through the drive thru again to get the burgers they didn't give us.... but they STILL managed to undercut us by a burger. This is probably the WORST Wendy's I've ever had with customer experience. Do not eat here unless you order 1 simple combo, because there is ZERO assurance you will get all the food you ordered. Will never come back to this location, better off taking your chances with McDonalds on Fairview Rd.Update: I lied, I went back ONLY because this is the only Wendy's on my way to work in the morning. I did order breakfast. And I did receive everything I ordered which was strangely a first. I guess the morning shift is better than the evening shift? Idk. So, I added a star. If Biscuitville put a location somewhere in South Park, no one would go here for breakfast, nor would they go to McDonald's either.2024 Update: Wendy's changed their menu, checkout their new Asiago Chicken Sandwich y'all..... Looks good right? That's after they asked for the bags back to check the items were right.... And yepp.... I guess they're right, right? I can't even with this Wendy's anymore.

I’m sick and tired of this location They always Have their Store Closed Early . I should be abled to dine in WHEN I want too . Then when I do go The employees are never happy & My food always cold . This is So Upsetting idont think they will keep business with the way They’re treating customers.
