Bad service and a lot of delay in delivering the food, a wait of more than 30 minutes, they do not have to give change of the payment that one makes in cash forcing us to pay with credit cards.

The worst Wendy's in charlotte.horrible drive thru.I wouldn't come if it wasn't for my kids every time were sitting in the drive thru 15-20.only taking cash at times,inside closed all the time.they need to shut this location down!
