If I could give negative stars I would. This is hands down THE WORST Wendy’s in Charlotte. The employees are beyond lazy. Even with Ubereats. They waited until they were nearly closed after my order was received for 45 min to cancel my order. I have gone through the drive through myself multiple times for them to say that their “register is down” or they are out of burger patties. Or chicken when I changed my order to something else. I swear I have no idea how it stays in business at all. It need to be damn bulldozed and something else get put there that actually idk…. Wants to serve you food?!!?

Unfortunately, the staff was inattentive, not acknowledging our presence in the store. Then finally when we asked to order we were helped by a disinterested associate. Then after we heard a woman in the restroom coughing and hacking uncontrollably, and then saw her go back to work through the employee entrance, we were surprised and concerned. The sandwiches ended up being cold and the fries seemed to have been prepared several hours before our arrival. Not a very pleasant visit to Wendy's.

I'm not sure how this location is still open!!!?? The people are "nice" however, I have tried numerous spread out time periods and keep being let down by not being able to eat cold (supposed to be hot) food 😔. This time it looked freshly made but the cheese was still cold, the meat was even cold along with the fresh lettuce and tomato and onion, which should have been cold. I'll be adding pictures this time. I attempted to call, but to no avail, there was no answer.

Would give info, but after 5 min waiting in the drive through with no one answering the speaker we left. This is no less than the 4th time this has happened. All the lights on and no one in the business. Ridiculous.
If you can avoid this location do it at all costs I’ve visited twice and felt like ripping my hair out each time. I’ve had to state what I wanted 9 times in a row with no help I took a picture of the sign and showed it and then got charged 5$ extra and got less food. Host Loida is not fit to handle anything as far as communication. Waited 20 minutes and got ice cold food

It was spicy nuggets they said they where out. It took about 5mins for both cashier to get up from by the door sitting down while I stood up at the register. They need more training.
