I was really looking forward to satisfying my craving for wedges, my ultimate guilty pleasure, so I decided to swing by this particular fast food location. Despite my usual request for fresh food, I gave them the benefit of the doubt since there were no cars in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, my optimism was quickly crushed when I discovered that everything in my order was cold and old .Instead of losing my cool, I calmly drove back around to inform the staff. Even though there was only one car ahead of me, it took an unexpectedly long time for them to address my issue. When they finally brought out my replacement order, the worker admitted they couldn't vouch for its freshness.To add insult to injury, when I checked my food at the light, I found that everything was still old and cold, except for the wedges, which were only marginally warmer. It's incredibly frustrating when a rare treat turns out to be such a disappointment, especially when I make the effort to leave my bed on a lazy day.Sadly, this experience has reinforced the limited number of fast food places I feel I can trust when I decide to indulge.?

Horrible I came in to pick up my order and the black lady with red hair was absolutely disrespectful and rude she screamed at us saying she didn’t have the order and then she insulted my husband just don’t come here

My total was $7.34. I gave the girl $0.35 in cash and told her to take $7 off my card. She was so worried about hurrying up to close the window she kept the change and charged my card the full amount. Also no napkins, ketchup in the bag (as requested). And I sat at the window for 10 minutes flagging employees down because she forgot my drink. Whoever was standing by the fries looked at me a few time and ignored me then someone came. I wasn’t even given a receipt. The fries was hot and fresh though

I bought a ten piece nugget spicy and received a cold nugget with no sauces I paid for and was missing 2 nuggets. This is not right .. I went to Wendy 03/17/2024 they told me they didn’t have any money, and they were closed at 10:00 that girl was rude. She also was yelling at me as if I wasn’t going to yell back, do not go there who ever was there tonight has no customer service.

If I could give a negative number review I would. I’ve come here 5 times for dinner for my family and they’re just saying we’re closed . something happened and we’re closed ,they been closed for about 2 months. you need to shut this location down, I hope the corporate Wendy’s see this because this place is squandering and scrapping every dollar it possibly can to do as little work as possible…. I just watched 5 people drive past the line because they’re closed at 7:16 pm again …. Stop just shut down

I ordered food from Wendy’s and there was a rubber band placed on my chicken sandwich. I ordered from there multiple times and each time my balls had a hurting burning sensation, they were doing something to my food causing my private parts to hurt for weeks straight. Further action is in place to handle this.
