I ordered on GrubHub for my son. Paid for priority because of his lunch hour. Food was an hour, food was nasty, and tea taste like water. Been calling the restaurant for an hour. Wish I could give all zeros.

Just got the worst breakfast of my entire life! Cold hash browns horrible customer service, and to top it all off my burger was made absolutely atrociously. They should reconsider this location! They need to retrain every single person here.

When i entered, the place was virtually empty of customers. I told the cashier i needed a minute then satat the closest table (to sign back into the Wendy's app). 2 minutes after i spoke to the cashier, the manager arrived at the counter and calls to me saying i can come to the counter to place my order. I informed her i already spoke to th cashier and WHEN im ready to place my order, i shall do so. Less than 3 minutes later yet another employee speak to me about placing an order.

In fustration i decided to get my regular (a triple meal) and get the heck up out of there. I have never felt so pressured and harrassed by minimum wage employees to place an order. It might be the reason that was the most empty Wendy's l9cation ive ever visited.

I will NOT revisit that location again.

I swear to god every time I order from this Wendy’s half my order is missing. Why would you send two full combos out with only 1 burger. It’s honestly sad how frequently it’s wrong.

Lying and lazy staff works here. Pulled up 15 minutes before closing and they tell me they are already shut down their system for the night. Lazy!

This place always seems to have a problem at night. Out of chili, can’t take any orders right now, cars stacked up with a slow moving line at the drive through. The you find out the only reason it’s moving slowly is because the cars in front of you are giving up and leaving.

It’s a Wendy’s! Get your sheep in a pile or let another Wendy’s franchise open nearby.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve been here & the customer service is simply nonexistent. The employees literally stand behind the counter & just stare at the people waiting to place their order. It’s honestly astonishing that these people are employed & even more astonishing that this franchise is still in business. Every single time I’ve been here, at least 2 sets of people walk out before ordering.

Wish I could leave 0 stars because that was the service I was given. No service. Went to the drive through and had to wait 10 minutes to order. When I finally got someone’s attention, I was told that it was cash only at the time. I had cash so that wasn’t a problem and I let them know. Silence for another 5 or so minutes then I had to ask “so can I order now?” Then was rudely told the whole system was down. Why couldn’t I have been told that from the beginning? Makes me feel like it was a complete lie because I saw people walking out of the restaurant with bags of food.

We were told they could only take cash going through the drive through. We said ok we have cash can we order. Nothing from the cashier. Then asked if we could order again after waiting 5 minutes. The excuse this time was that the system was down... Do these employees think people are idiots? The whole store should be shut down if this behavior is normal.

Went to go get my 5 yr old autistic son a chili, he's a very picky eater. They were out of chili & that was the worst thing at the time. So the cashier Mari (hope i spelled & got it right) did what I rarely see & helped him find something else. She actually listed a few alternatives & helped him compromise on something else. That was honestly the nicest things I've had happen in a while. She didn't have to, she could have not engaged, but she did and it made his experience better. I wish i could give her a million stars & a million thank yous! Hope the manager knows what a sweet & hard working employee they have! Thank you again Mari!
