We ordered and got to the window and they asked us what we got and said they had no record of it. It was a super confusing experience and the drive through time was pretty slow. Can tell they are short staffed, so that stinks, but you can tell they don’t care at all to get you your food quickly and that they’ll do things on their own time

I went today at 11/11 12:20pm! The lady at the window was not nice at all. My food was so cold , fries were beyond cold, chicken nuggets were so old they were like chewing a sponge. I honestly wouldn’t have complained if the lady at the drive through window wasn’t so nasty to me. She forgot my drink then got an attitude with me about it. She could have easily been having a bad day, but no need to take it out on me and did not give me receipt. Her not knowing I had a drunk shows me she didn’t even look at my order, but swiped my card. She was short, caucasian, with brown hair.
