If I could give this place a zero star I would.. these people just never get it right ! I ordered the ghost pepper chicken combo and I got a regular chicken sandwich mining that the chicken that I got was extremely hard and burned.. I always have issues when I order from this restaurant in particularly , and management seems like they don't care all they hire is bunch of ghetto people who are on their phone and eating out of the line I will not be ordering from this place anymore get it together guys!!

Went there yesterday ordered 5 dollar biggie bag . And didn't realize til later got charged 11 bucks for a 5 dollar biggie bag. Extremely missed about that. How dare you. That's why they don't give receipts. Unless you dashing or uber eats.smh.

This Wendy's is habitually turning away customers. Today I was told in the drive in that it was "door dash only"... at 3:30 PM ET in the afternoon (this wasn't a late night run). Other days I am told they are understaffed and can't take cant additional orders. One of those days there were 3 employees smoking outside at the time. The management team here needs to be fired. As a biz owner myself I would be appalled to learn my employees were voluntarily turning away customers. Unreal.

First they put 5 biggie bag orders into one bag. I ordered a double baconator combo and they left out my burger. I had to go back and get it. No apology or anytime. *Here* is what they said. The double baconator was the size of my child's biggie bag, with 2 small pieces of bacon. It was obvious they used the wrong meat size.
Ordered at 9:30pm.

Wendy needs to get staff who are happy to be at work or close down or change something because every time I come here, I see something new. Somebody comes on the intercoms every day with an attitude, usually a female, who acts like she does not want to be there or like today, 10/16/24, they only accept cash or no saucy nuggets like you have a Wendy with half of the menu out of stock, I really hate this Wendy location. I do not know what needs to get better here!

Came here and google says it's open till 2am but as we approached the drive through at 1am. They say they are only taking orders via doordash and uber. Never in my life have I heard such BS. How can an franchise establishment that says open til 2am be closed to the public/drive through. What an embarrassment to the company name.

Went late night after a show. Employees were rude & tried to rush us through drive thru. Got to the hotel & the burgers were all squished & none of them had correct toppings. The fries were floppy & had a strange flavor, as if they'd been fried w.... I don't know what. Ugh. Should've gotten a gas station sandwich.
