Ordered a classic chicken sandwich via drive thru, sandwich was to hard to eat, took it back and woman at window was very disrespectful. Won't be going back, wouldn't advise anyone else to either

LEARN HOW TO RUN A DRIVE THRU! Why did I just sit in the line for 20 minutes and they weren’t taking any orders! Myself and 3 cars ahead of me one at the speaker box were sitting there. I figured sure they may be getting caught up with cars but then they still weren’t taking orders. You’re losing a lot of business! Not only did I go to McDonald’s across the street but at least 2 others behind me followed up

I walked into the inside and was told that the lobby was closed. Cleary if I walked in the doors were unlocked and should have been served. But, I proceeded to the drive-thru were I waited 20 minutes, with one car ahead of me, before my order to be taken. After getting the food and pulling off I realized a sandwich was missing. I returned only to be told by the gentleman that he bagged it himself and he knows it was in the bag. Yes, he did give me the sandwich after he basically called me a liar. It was cold with stale bread and dry over cooked meat. Visit at your own risk.

The drive thru wait time should be a little quicker, my order wasn't correct and the person at the pickup window wasn't all that polite. Other than all that it was okay. I won't go out of my way to go back to this location.

Horrible service. Employees kept looking at you, having personal conversation on bluetooth. Never even acknowledged you. Not the first time that I have been to this store and had terrible service .

Sat in line almost an hour they take one order at a time, got to the speaker they asked me to hold which was for about 15more mins just to say card only that should’ve been stated before “please hold” I wasted 45mins of my precious night on food I didn’t get don’t think I’ll ever come back because it’s always a bad experience

The night crew is terrible, long lines just to get cold food doesn't make sense you would think they were cooking everything fresh to order how long the wait time be. But you spend 30min. In the drive stuck bumper to bumper and get your food just too discover it's cold and old. Tonight they were fully staffed and still couldn't get it right. I wanted my money back it was that bad no tomatoe on my Jr bacon when that's my favorite fries and nuggets hard and cold. I think I'm done with fast food especially this Wendy's they'll never get another dime from me..
