This location is absolutely horrendous and I will not be back. I ordered through their app and my order arrived completely messed up. I was missing a drink, my burger was made incorrectly, my fries were the wrong size AND stale. I’ve given this location many chances but they don’t even pick up the phone when I tried to call. I ordered delivery cause my parter and I are ill and I’m telling you if you value your sanity avoid this location at all costs. I will be contacting corporate.

If I could rate a 0 I would workers are lazy it’s always we are closed if you don’t have door dash Wendy’s is supposed to be a late night spot and what’s the point of seven being open yall already can’t cook food now you can’t take orders just lazy people

Tonight around 1140 pm I went to Wendys here, I was in the drive thru and the car in front of me is where the issue started, the 2 ladies working the window one working windows the other lady preparing the orders while eating, they decided to have a full conversation with the car in front of me for quite sometime, the both ladies, no receipt give or asked if I wanted it, now the line is getting longer, when I get to the windows drinks not ready, order not ready, and when I finally received all cold, and fries 1/4 way full, unacceptable Wendys

Raw never frozen, I just wanted a refund but couldn’t get my money back due to them being closed… at 11pm tho the hours are til 2am. Tenders were replaced but I’m terrified to eat them, now the rest of my food is cold and I’m sadly disappointed

Wendys in rosewood is really going down hill. I got two 10 piece nuggets Wednesday, old and dried out. A few minutes ago I got a 4 piece nuggets and 2 plain baked potatoes. They were old hard and dried out. This location will not get my money no longer.

This location needs to be shut down or get a entire new staff. The food is never correct, or its cold. The kids that work there are very unprofessional, just a horrible experience. Will never get another penny from me.

RUN from this location!!!
Half of the time they’re not open, and when they are open… you’re waiting for at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru.
Tonight, October 9th, I arrived at 10:15pm…Sat in line at the drive-thru behind 6 other cars. After sitting for 15 minutes, cars started pulling off. FINALLY someone from inside came out with a piece of paper with black marker written on it telling people that they had closed at 9pm. WHAT!!!!! Why is the sign JUST going out and it’s AFTER 10:30??!
Unacceptable! Unprofessional! Not apologetic! Not a care in the world!

This is not the first time this location has done these types of things. There always seems to be something wrong! Short staffed, closed early, an hour long wait in the drive thru… and the staff could care less. It’s like they DON’T want your business.
