Had a feeling drive thru was a mistake as it wasn't that busy but was only getting to move one car about every 5 to 10 minutes made me question how the food was being prepared. Sure enough our ask that the orders be marked so we could easily distribute was ignored and they got the orders wrong anyways. Food was cold. Large fries was barely enough to be considered a medium. Drinks were not filled to top. Not a good experience to pay a little more than $35 for 3 hamburger meals to be made wrong and cold to boot.

I was in drive thru the lady running drive thru messed up our order and when we pulled around she handed us our food and we told her we was missing the number 2 meal she stated you can pull around and re order I came in spoke to the shift manger and the lady who took our order called me a white cracker the manger didn’t say nothing just looked at me like I was stupid and asked me would I like to order I walked out so be aware bunch of racist ppl working here

Only reason I’ve given two stars should’ve honestly got one but because staff was such sweet hearts got my order done super fast even had a mess up and they fixed it super fast. Lei Pegues came in bags in tow 2 cookout cups with only one lid on one and headphones in immediately yelling at staff and getting rude. I’m standing there and she walks up in front of me and touches her counter and in front of me she yelled at them to clean up. She stood in the back of the kitchen talking shit about me very loudly throwing dishes into the sink. When I say throwing I mean throwing straight just constant clangs still talking to her team very rudely.

The food is what’s expected but the service is abysmal. If there are more two cars in the drive thru, you’ll wait an hour just to be greeted by West Charlotte High School’s “finest”. Just go to the McDonald’s down the street, better wait times, food quality, and service. Wendy’s needs to increase their employee pay and higher more competent staff at this location.

I placed pickup order online for a large chili and drink and when I got to the drive thru line, the person at the register came back and said that we were out of chili and I explained that it was already paid for online so she said that I could substitute it for chili cheese fries and not realizing that they were out of chili, she bought me back a small bowl of fries with three small pieces of bacon which was horrible. Not to mention that she didn't even put any napkins in my bag. I would advise anyone Not to eat there because the service was horrible!

Came to this Wendy’s on 12/5/2024 the worst service ever. Long wait times through the drive-through. 15 minutes to get cold food. Have to go to the Wendy’s near Northlake mall for a better food quality.
