Terrible service. The girl taking my DoorDash order walked away in the middle of helping me, so I asked the manager for assistance. Instead of helping, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering him. Very unprofessional experience. Here’s a photo of the manager . Would not recommend this location.

Call on Wednesday of ask for place an order for Friday. I just want to know if it’s was possible to place that order. The person behind the phone complain with bad attitude and after some comments hang out the line. I was trying to make an order with 2 days of advanced.

I placed a mobile order thinking it would make things earlier and move faster. Nope! I reminder myself why I don't visit this location. The drive thru staff this afternoon around 5:45pm was horrible! The young lady doesn't greet you or say anything when you pull up to the speaker even if she hears you. Almost like they do that on purpose hoping you drive off. But I pulled around thinking the speaker wasn't working NOPE! This individual goes on to tell me not only was the speaker working she could hear me. So basically she chose not to respond say a greeting nothing and tells me I would have to get back in line and wait all over again for my mobile order. Little girl please! I was so ready to slap the fire out of her and the faded red colored head girl that wanted slam the window on me because I made it clear I wasn't going to wait in line again because she chose not to greet me at the speaker. In the end the manager which is a very kind professional older gentleman handled things how it should've been handled from the start. That location needs staff that just isn't working for hair and nail money. You have childish adults in a job environment that dont know how to handle real customer service situations with commen sense of professionalism. You picked the job so get it together or find another job please!

The day manager was very unprofessional. She blamed the lack of condiments on another manager. She used profanity and vulgar language!! Didn't have BBQ sauce or mayo packs

Just swing by to get some food due to the medicine I'm on now it makes me really hungry and I'm low on certain things so I said hey why not spend some points and save some money and go to Wendy's.... Well I got there and of course they're never making frosty's.. go to gentleman let me know he didn't also have most of the sodas which I don't need any of though he was spraying the soda machine while cleaning it while also making drinks.... I only got four Junior burgers to hold me for a few days... I get back on sunset and realize that my bag has no heat whatsoever had to come home and reheat due to them trying to give me cold food which also could have been undercooked so I definitely reheat it instead of just giving it a quick 2 minute run... I definitely won't be coming back after not having this for over a year and it's down the street from my home... Also the person who's on the grill who made my food the older gentleman with glasses he started to bring my food as if he had everything in the bag then turned around opening back up added more to it than came back to the window again before giving me my food... So as a customer at that point I'm wondering at what point did you realize you didn't have everything in the bag and two what part did he not realize that food needs to be fresh and hot... Though I appreciate him for at least having gloves on

The woman at the window was so rude. She didn’t respond to anything I said to her. My chicken sandwich was made wrong and they completely burned the other chicken sandwich to a crisp. It’s almost black and as hard a hockey puck. Super disappointed and such a waste of time and MONEY!

At almost all Wendy's I have been to in NC.they only do one order at a time. meaning they take your order you pay then you receive your food. Then they take the next persons order. Waiting in line for 30 min for 3 just to order. Should never happen. If you don't have enough staff close for the day. Sorry! But your a fast food chain

Charged me for some nuggets I didn’t even get, the sodas more ice than anything and the lettuce come on the literally didn’t put anything only one and not even like chick fil a one lit one very very small one ow and the bread hard!!!
