West end is minutes away from Johnson C. Smith University. It is almost walking distance. The opposite "side of the tracks" is pretty hood so it may not be your average stomping grounds but the lounge/bar is cool when the vibe is right. Everyone pulling up is trying to show off the wheels it seems so walk with a nice atm receipt jic. Seriously though, the management is definitely tuned in to the guest experience. They want you to come back. There are TVs to watch sports on any day, even on the patio. Drinks are $10+ starting with prosecco and $14 for cocktails. We ate before we arrived so my party was not checking for food at all. We did try the deep fried red velvet cake and it was hitting. Not a go to for me but we were curious. It is $10 on the menu. I definitely got a sugar rush from it. There were no drink specials on this random Saturday evening. Regardless of what was advertised or implied from posts, the menu pricing is as-is on Saturdays according to the servers. Once we got a server for our table she checked on us kind of often. The vibe was laid back and the crowd was light. Most seemed to be regulars that knew the staff and what to expect. I would go back late night to see if the vibe gets better or worse. Cigars are welcome on the patio.
Kid-friendliness: Not recommended.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ease of entry from multiple points.

Utterly disappointed!
This is my second time trying this establishment. It was my daughter’s birthday and she chose this place. Picked up youngest daughter from college and headed back to Charlotte for brunch. Arrived at 12:30 and they weren’t busy. Drinks arrived and they were decent. An hour later we still only had drinks. It’s now 1:45 and there’s no food in sight. When asked, they stated 5 minutes. They came out with “shrimp and grits” 🤢 that I wouldn’t serve to anyone. About 10 minutes passed and no other food came. We requested our bill for the drinks so we could leave. Someone from the staff came over and apologized. She wouldn’t let us pay for the drinks. We left a tip for the server. 90 minutes only to have to find another place to eat. Very disappointed Sunday brunch!

Visited on a Sunday with my friend from the 252. The Salmon bites were hot!!! Kay Kay the server was courteous and prompt with bringing us our food. I would Suggest having more game options on different tvs that way everybody can look at what they prefer. It was a good experience.

The food is way,way to expensive 15, dollars for a hamburger.thatis not cooked right. The service was trash. We ordered water was there near an hour and didn't receive one refill. And like I said the food is just way to expensive, with there prices you could order groceries to last you for a month with one of there orders. The only one was professional was the Sister at the bar but though she did her best to correct the problem we all were just to frustrated so we just left no we will not return.when we get business trying to drag us like this black or white, find some where else to eat. We control the business they need our money we don't need theirs

I visited this place for the first time on Saturday, and I must say, it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Long Island was a bit lacking in excitement that day. The food was great, though. I ordered the buffalo shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Extremely subpar. Nothing against the waitress because she was new and learning, but the restaurant as a whole was beyond bad. First off the sanitation score is 87%.
It took 45 minutes to just get our order in, it was incirreect when it came out, had to ask for drinks, silverware, napkins, etc.
The margarita was way over priced at $14 and was not made correctly. BTW tequila was on special for $5 and they charged me $14 for a half ass margarita.
This place is trying to be something that they are not and will never be. DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY FAR AWAY!

Arrived early for RnB Bingo to eat and have drinks. But now I'm really hesitant to go back. The Buffalo Shrimp was nice and fries were not serviced cold.
We put in order when barely anyone was there it was. And empty per waitress suggestion. But do to lagging service it took forever! Drinks were taken to another table. * We think she forgot*
When we got drinks glass half empty.
Crazy for about 20 drinks .
We stayed and enjoyed the event. Music was nice but the dj mic had a lot feedback. Tried the hookah and could not find our waitress to close out. Took a while when we were ready to go. Simple things could make it better.

The wings are small enough for it to be a kids meal for 18 dollars.

It was very empty for a Friday night. The dj wasn't really playing stuff worth listening to. Our waiter I named babygirl was a sweetheart. The hookah was great lasted so long we didn't even need a refill worth the price.

Ordered drinks and they gave us the wrong beer and put the wrong rim on the cocktail. I feel bad because the waitress was nice but everything was subpar. The food was expensive and wasn’t even hot. They served it in to-go styrofoam boxes and the “silverware” were plastic. Maybe this place is better at night but it was so meh. It feels like they’re trying to be upscale but it’s really just cheap.

I ordered a tequila sunrise, which I watched her make. It was a cup full of orange juice. The measurements were entirely off. No thanks. Treat this place as a shot bar, don't bother being disappointed by useless free poured drinks. The music was female friendly, but the only patrons there were men. Parking was limited.
