Waiting for 30 minutes is unacceptable. Unfortunately I can’t speak on how the food taste as of yet.

Would’ve only gave 1/2 stars. Told lady standing in drive thru 3 times ONLY this and for some reason she kept thinking ADD. But cause they let me keep the original burger with everything on it and I knew a homeless dude at a store that would still eat it I ADDED a star lol something the drive thu lady probably won’t comprehend

If 0 stars were an option this store would definitely have earned that 1 star is to much for a place with such horrible customer service. I have given them 3 shots to give me a good experience and everything have been let down. I went on opening day and waited and didnt mind the wait as they were slammed but when I finally got my food I found a piece of blue plastic on my burger I gave them benefit of the doubt that it was crazy and quality was overlooked so went back for lunch and had to wait 30 minutes and watch numerous cars go by in lane 1 only to be told that what I ordered the wrangler burger was put of stock and asked did no one tell you after I grabbed the attention of the manager and then had wait while a new burger was made. The last and final time I ordered my food and again had to wait even though only one car was ahead of me in lane 2 as the car and cars that arrived after me got their food and left finally my food came but still hadnt gotten my drink asked the person who brought my food for the drink and then waited as again Customers in lane 1 were given food and drink so I left and went inside and got it myself cause this company can't do customer service in the drive thru! On top of all that the burgers are bland and lack seasoning and honestly just on par with a sonic burger the two times I ordered unsweetened tea I was given rotten old tea the experience here is just horrible all around and definitely not worth the cost or aggravation of ever going again

Grand opening, but they might as well shut it down. I was genuinely excited to try this place, only to end up with one of the biggest disappointments I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Honestly, this place was better when it was still just dirt and not even thought of yet.
Right at the start, one of the workers literally spilled our soda because he was holding it wrong. We asked if he could bring us napkins, and he never came back—didn’t even acknowledge us afterward. Then we asked another worker for napkins and dips four different times, and he did the exact same thing—pretended to forget and just walked past us like nothing happened.
When we finally got to the front of the line, we were asked AGAIN what we were missing, only to then open our bags and realize we got the wrong order. We had already been waiting over 30 minutes in line because the staff clearly has no idea what they’re doing.
I’ve never felt so dismissed as a customer. The workers were walking around confused, asking people multiple times if they got their food, but not actually helping or fixing anything.
I usually don’t even bother leaving reviews after a bad experience, but this time I felt like I had no choice. If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. I hate to sound like a “Karen,” but honestly… I don’t even care. This was beyond unacceptable
How is it that cars 3 to 4 behind me get their food yet they cant leave because they are trapped in the drive thru. and then the drive thru attendant has no clue where my order is, so i sit and wait while the team members quarrel over the confusion.
Do you all not have a process to create orders and deliver them in the order received? And why were my fries, onion rings, and sandwiches were just luke warm? With 20 cars in the drive thru lanes you would think someone would be making some fresh fries.
Bottom line your process to serve food is sub par. Your team members outside are dealing with customer frustration because of the inadequate service inside.
Oh and teach your teams to put napkins and straws in the bag. That should be common sense for food service.

If you continue hiring literal children at every single location you guys are opening, this brand is going to deteriorate so fast. Visited recently and decided to give this company one more chance at a different location…. yeah, we won’t be returning.
Long waiting times, to obnoxious and loud staff.. to cold food. To “running out of chocolate” for the milkshakes. Had a vanilla and it tasted like straight up chemicals.
The burgers aren’t even anything crazy we definitely weren’t missing anything from Texas.

Came through the drive thru around midnight. It was my first time here and I didn't know I was supposed to be in a specific lane. I was literally yelled at by the employee. He was really just rude the whole time, including taking my order, which I didn’t even have time to look at the menu before him asking me what I wanted. Maybe he’s had a bad day but still.

The layout of the parking lot is absurd, the line blocks about 10 spaces, so if you DO park there, you’re stuck because you can’t get out. And if you do manage to get out of the space you’re stuck IN LINE for 20+ minutes because there’s no exit lane. Then if you are actually getting food, and you get your food but are behind cars… you’re stuck. And your food gets cold by the time you get home… they really should have thought out the double lane thing better.

I hope that I can give a better review someday, but nothing has been going well. I get it’s busy but this is what CFA deals with on a normal day and you’re in and out in a decent time. Deserves 3 stars (maybe even 2) but giving 4 because I don’t want to harp on a new business. I just hope you read the reviews and do some more training and get rid of the number on the windshield system.
The laminated paper on the windshield is the worst idea. First time I drove off with it because nobody took it. Second time I would have again if I didn’t remember to flag someone down to get it off my windshield. After getting my food I waited an extra 10-15 mins because the person in front of he didn’t get their food and they wouldn’t tell her to pull up?? Ordered a small milkshake and got and paid for a large. I got 2 patty melts and asked for one with no onions and BOTH patty melts got lettuce, tomato, raw onions, and cooked onions. Lettuce, tomato and raw onions are not even supposed to be on the melt? And I asked for no onions and got 2 types of onions. After taking my order I was stuck there for another 5-10 minutes just having to listen to the girl who took my order yell profanity at her coworkers and just act a fool. Everytime else besides her was nice they just need more training.
arrived at 6:25 on Oct 19, 2025, ordered food by kiosk, and waited 15 minutes for the worst biscuit ever. Coffee was good, and the staff was friendly

Waited in the drive through line for 30 mins not a single car moved. Thank goodness I was able to get out. They need to close down again for more training.
I sat in the drove through line from 10:12pm until 11:49 waiting to order and get food. Spent almost $50 and there was no way to leave. You are trapped in the line if they get backed up. No exit. I would not ever tell anyone to go to this location. This was absolutely absurd. I cannot imagine a corporate business is aware that paying customers are sitting in a closed off drive through wasting an hour and a half of gas so we can give them money. I hope corporate sees this. Do better.
