I went to get a sausage biscuit and got home and my hash browns are so hard they don’t even have any potato in it and the biscuit was so hard seemed like it was made yesterday. So I went back and the lady (Zariyah) that was helping had no care didn’t even apologize. Just said I got you and pulled me up

Given the rep, we were amazed at how mediocre the burgers & fries were (like, worse than most McD's). We ate inside; no one stood near the counter so we used the tedious touchscreens.

We spent 30 minutes in the drive thru to get our food and the line was only 3 cars ahead of us, we finally got to the window, was handed drinks, lid was not on all the way so when I went to grab it, it spilled all over me. Then after sitting there a while, we were told to move up to the yellow line for our food. We pulled up, waited another long time. Finally bag was brought out and we were missing 2 of our items. Husband had to go in to get them. Ridiculous and there was coffee grounds in the iced coffee, the breakfast taquitos were barely warm. This was our first time going to this location and will probably be the last as well.

Visited several times before leaving a review.. The breakfast is the best thing about this place. Burgers are mid. The front workers didn't greet us, so we just used to kiosk to order. I think the hype here has finally died off.

Came thru late at night and got 4 meals in the drive thru. Reasonable wait, food was good. Staff was polite and efficient if not outgoing. Good experience, no complaints.
We went through the drive thru around 8:00. Line was backed up. A bunch of kids playing around rather than working. We got a kids meal but a large lemonade? No sauces in the bags that were included and asked for. Husband waited over 10 minutes for someone to get to him and the gravy wasn’t even half way filled up. Food was decent but the service turns me away from this place. This place is a joke
