I had the best experience while being here and ordering my sandwich. I am slightly visually impaired but the menu had huge lettering which was AWESOME! Ww got help ordering our sandwiches for the first time and it was great. Sandwich was soooo good and made exactly how I wanted. Both gentlemen were spot on and SERVICE was A + +. Also the Oreo shake was TOP TIER

Please, for the love of god, take your chicken parm off the menu or change the name. A chicken parm doesn’t use deli meat it uses a fried chicken cutlet.

Manager was super nice and generous. 1st time and definitely will be back. He even made my mother sandwich specially made.

For a First time customer I was very disappointed with service being a SERVER OVER 5yrs I expect customer service to be a FIRST PRIORITY …When I called to place my order I was told over the phone that they don’t take orders over the phone…. The reason why this was an issue is because my order is very specific and a lot of times people don’t always get it right through DoorDash or Uber. I called to ensure that everything is done correctly the first time. Upon entry to the store, there were two employees neither greeted me! I will tell you that I am a black woman I did come in dressed down after work ….and yeah it gave a weird vibe for a first time customer….no one told me how to order or asked if I had been their before….When i finally figured it out I filled out the brown bag and wrote specifically what I wanted on the back !! The guy who made my sandwich told me when i ordered I didn’t have to do that ….a few min later he called me over to ask me a question about my sandwich …..the answer to his question was literally on the back of the bag if he would have did his job he wouldn’t have had to ask me …..also giving me less confidence in the online ordering….if u can’t get it right in person I cant imagine online ……needless to say I wasn’t impressed and honestly could have had a better sandwich at Jersey Mikes

Great family own store with Hardy food and drink and ordering was really helpful being used though that I was getting over you a throat cold with it being hard to speak. I was still able to order barely saying word, and they got it
