Man I love this place! It's not a lot of vegan sandwich options in Charlotte but they offer one and i keep coming back it's by far the best sandwich and my friends love their other options as well. And the customer service is the best every one is very kind and they take care of you. I'm a reg!Vegetarian options: Black bean is the best!
They are always quick even when it's busy and it's always clean. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. They are very consistent in quality and speed. I work just down the block from the 1055 Metropolitan location. It's close by and great for a quick lunch. I even grab extra sandwiches to take home for dinner.

Had a really great experience here! The cashier was super friendly as soon as I walked in and offered me the wifi password and code to the restroom. Food came out quick and was good sub! I liked a lot and will be coming back when I'm in the area

Like most chains, Which Wich is a decent option for a quick meal. If you're expecting gourmet, you're barking up the wrong tree. But, the service is friendly and I like that they have the option of having your sandwich as a "bowl" for people like me who do not want a ton of bread. The restaurant was clean and the people working there were very friendly with our two year old daughter. They even gave her crayons to color her sandwich bag, which was a nice touch. As far as national sandwich chains go, I'd say this is a solid choice.
