As a guest, I have to say the restaurant itself is beautiful, the atmosphere and food are great. However, after dining here and later becoming aware of extremely disturbing behavior by the manager, MARK!!!! I would not feel comfortable returning.
I learned of a serious incident involving MARK that reflects a complete lack of professionalism and respect for employees. According to multiple staff members, he allegedly went through a female employee’s personal bag, removed her personal underwear with tongs, and shared a photo of it in a staff group chat. If this is true, it represents a gross violation of privacy and a deeply degrading abuse of authority.
Even hearing about behavior like this is enough to raise serious concerns about workplace culture and management standards. No establishment that values professionalism and respect should tolerate conduct of this nature from someone in a leadership position.
While the restaurant itself has a lot of potential, management behavior like this overshadows everything else. I sincerely hope the company addresses this immediately.

This place is great! My boyfriend and I came here on New Year's Eve after a terrible experience at another bar. We ordered deviled eggs and burgers with fries and the food was all REALLY good. We both ordered 3 beers, my clumsy self knocked over the first beer onto the counter and the bartender was a really good sport about it. We will definitely be back!

Alissa is the BEST bartender! She definitely knows what she’s doing as every specialty cocktail was made to perfection. She has great conversation and is very kind. I also noticed her educating customers on the best liquors to choose for certain drinks. Love her so much and would 10/10 recommend to everyone!

Stopped by this place for a quick drink on CFB Championship week. It was early in the day, prior to the AL vs GA game. Worst bar service I’ve ever received in CLT (been living here for 6yrs and I’m a regular in NODA/Plaza).The girl behind the bar was overly aggressive about me grabbing a drink and sitting down (when there wasn’t many people in the actual bar). I know everyone is stressed and trying to do more with less these days but for a mediocre sports bar that is surrounded by many other options. Patrons could do without all the attitude when it comes to watching football and grabbing a drink.

I had the worst Martini I have ever had in my whole entire life the price for everything was okay but I understand why as I am a Uber driver for around that area so I figured the quality would have been better than it was.

We stopped in specifically to watch Sunday Night Football. Unfortunately, that experience ended the moment we asked if they could turn on the game audio. We were told—very clearly—that they only turn on audio for “Bama” games or for the Panthers. Considering we’re in North Carolina, the Panthers part makes sense. But Alabama? It was a little baffling considering everyone in the bar was watching the game, and the restaurant portion only had one table. Let’s hope they consider making the atmosphere more inclusive to ALL football fans—not just the ones who happen to cheer for Alabama.
They have a cult like atmosphere where they will only play the audio for panthers and Alabama games

If you are not an Alabama or panthers fan good luck getting game audio. We went for the Sunday night game and asked if they could put the game audio on the guy went and asked the manager and said they only play the audio for bama and panthers games when clearly everyone in the bar is there to watch the night game. We typically frequent this place but will not be going back.

Attended a murder mystery in the speakeasy on site. Had a fun time during our visit. Looks like the bar/restaurant area would be good for a game. Would stop here again. Street parking nearby, plenty of seating, decent and interesting menu options and a friendly efficient staff.
