Went here after leaving a party. We were seated right away and our server came shortly after. The wait time our food was minimal and our only complaint was that our fries weren't fresh. After bringing it to our server's attention she quickly put in an order for fresh fries. Overall it was a good experience and the food was good for a great price.

Ordered online for delivery. Food was wrong upon delivery. Went back to the store and they remade it. Got back home and the wings had hair on them. The FOH person was rude. Should have checked these reviews before ordering online. Never. Returning. Lost my appetite. Update: Called the next morning to ensure my refund was processed. FOH again, was disrespectful and was bothered by my call. Put me on hold for 15 minutes, so I hung up and called back and waited another 7 before I got the manager. Manager just as rude as the staff. Did not offer any remedy to the situation. Again I will not be returning.

The service was great and food was decent but the bathrooms were ABSOLUTELY disgusting. They look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Makes me not want to come back because who knows how dirty the rest of the place is.

The parking lot was full of litter, and the inside of the restaurant wasn't especially clean. The lady who is (was?) working the FOH just left her post for 5+ minutes before helping anyone in the waiting line. Food was cold, not especially saucy. Fries were limp. All around just a bad experience. The entire Northlake area is just so bad at this point, there's nothing worth going to.

I just picked up my toGo order from this establishment and they charged me a takeout fee!! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I can see charging me a delivery fee...but a takeout fee! I will be contacting corporate. The lady says this is a corporate fee that cannot be waived. Ridiculous Then got home and my order was wrong!!! Ugh. Had to drive all the way back to get my money back. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

Trash. The carpet smells like mop water. We came in at 7:00 PM. There were 4 tables sat total, not busy at all. It took over 5 minutes for us to be greeted at our table and the over 10 for us to get waters. Ordered a lemonade, never got it. Our server had AirPods in the entire time and we had to ask for celery twice. Fries were cold and our cauliflower wings barley had any sauce. Definitely never coming back.

Customer service was 0 out of 10. First they tell us we can sit any where- then that we have to move because the waitress has too many table (was not busy at all). Then she proceeds to say we cant have a chair in a booth because it's fire hazard and walks away. Very disappointed. Manager really needs to work on their employees about customer service and how to approach customers! Wont be back and do not recommend if you are in the area!

0 stars place sucks a** we walked in and didn't even get past the register (keep in mind it's more than an hour from closing) and I'm guessing the manager or whoever this mysterious b**** was said "we aren't dining anyone you can get your s*** to go though" word by word.....and I had some words in exchange and then she said "we don't want your kind here anyway"??????? Wtf do you mean by that???

The service here is terrible the wait after you sit down is over 30 minutes just for them to ask you what you want to drink. This is unacceptable for people who want to eat their food. It's sad.

Ordered boneless Buffalo wings, should be simple enough. Unfortunately it was completely dry, literally zero sauce on any of it even though its a wet flavor. My friend had wings that had a hair in them. Would have appreciated better wings after risking my life traveling to Northlake mall

Me and my family got here and it took them over 5 minutes to get to our table.A guy had to tell them to come to our table.I ordered an all American burger with everything tomatoes I get my order and it has a tomatoe.The service they give their customers is very poor but the food as good over all.Then we had to ask for a check because no one came to the table asking if we wanted the check.

We have been here for 4 hours and we assume the server clocked out about 3 hours ago. We never got a refill and my friend said the toilet clogged after only 2 wipes. Kyle B was definitely lying with that 5 star review and I assume he's probably the manager.

Worst customer service ever. Just know that. Zero stars. Don't eat there unless u wanna wait 30 minutes to be seated 30 minutes to get fed. And get your food at different times than ur mates. White girl with the neck tattoo was cute tho.

MOLD IN OUR CHEESECAKE!!! My wife and I ordered food from here for the second time. The first time was a couple months ago and our entire order was wrong, they took 20 minutes to correct it and gave no compensation for their mess ups. I swore we'd never order from here again. Well my wife is pregnant and she was craving boneless wings on a salad so we ordered again thinking maybe last time was a one off mistake. NOPE!!! She orders her salad and it comes with 1, ONE, measly chicken piece on her salad yet we were charged for the addition. All of the food was subpar below average at best. Finally we figure the dessert will be fine right? Can't mess up premade cheesecake right? Wrong, the cheesecake is so old or whatever that mold is starting to grow between the crust and cake part. I've made cheesecake on many occasions and Mold spores will usually form when cake has been left out at room temperature for more than the recommended two hours. Leaving the cake uncovered in the fridge can also cause mold to grow because of exposure to moisture. Unbelievable how this place is still in business and how no one has sued this establishment yet! My lawyer will be notified of this and action will be take surely if my pregnant wife becomes sick.

Upon arriving there was a group of 6 waiting to get seated before us, the host took forever to help them, then told them it would be a 20 minute wait when basically all tables were open and the waitresses were at the bar area on their phones. Service is lacking at this location, but food was still good.
